cheers little chicken
yeah its took so bloody long , whats another 4-6 months.

what happens if the date they set is not possible for you to attend.??

we are on 2 week euro trip from mid august.

you can guarantee these bureaucratic plonkers would not alliw you to move up a week.

anyhow whats the point of bothering when its out of your hands.

Canadaapproximate interview date in montreal??
FLAMES

thxs for your reply, I had the knowledge that nvc calls the shots for
this type of visa.

my main concern was approx how long from case complete to interview
at this time OF THE YEAR.

I have perused many places on the forums ,even scratched my head at
those graphs for timelines, LOOKING for similar case and case.

so many here do not fill it out. timeline that is.

ah well que sera sera.

if the montreal interview is called for when we are cruising greek isles,
I will ask for pp and do it on my return

CanadaI might be crazy

Good old Kim Campell!! Good waste of Cdn tax payers $$$. While in the Cdn Navy years ago, she was the consulate or something in LA. We would come into San Diego, pick her up and what ever guests, turn around and go out on a day sail, so she could wine and dine them!! Waste of tax payers $$$$ and delayi9ng our time!! off while in port!!

WELL it was stated never underestimate the power of a canuck woman.

she , that is kim c got you shipmates all pissed off and rightly so.

shame you did not make her walk the plank.

opening a new store in a location where there currently is none, would be totally up to Tim Horton's (and Wendy's) approving the space for one. Second for them to approve your franchise application (not sure if they require that you have to work in an existing franchise for a time first as some franchises do), and that you have at minimum $250,000 in liquid assets (ie: cash) in the bank to take over an existing franchise. Or you may need up to $1million to build new.

From our own investigations, they have no plans to expand into any new states, so you'd have to build in a state that already has at least 1 Timmy's. In 20 years this may change one way or another. They may expand into all 50 states, or they may back out of the US altogether.

Other than that, yeah, its a good idea. Hubby and I considered it, but don't have the required capital or other qualifications.

was in my thoughts for a while
but eventually realised the horse has already bolted
when it comes to TH FRANCHISES.

AND IN 20 YEARS CAPE COD will be under water.

PBS NOVA was chilling viewing last niight
global dimming etc etc

decided to invest in florida

Red, our case was completed a little over a month ago and we're waiting for a (hopefully) late July interview. So yours will probably be late August.

And I second what you said about Chicken Little - she rocks! :)

United KingdomWorld Cup??

Hello

http://www.visajourn...ndpost&p=162735

http://news.bbc.co.u...and/4966604.stm

Wayne Rooney has "more than one fracture" and needs a "miracle" to be fit for the World Cup, according to England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson.

soz I don't read every thread in every forum.... ;) Thought someone would have mentioned it in here. Nevermind though. And yeah, I already knew what the injury was.

red diablo
has good contacts at manchester united
and the word is , he will not be a factor at this world cup
crying shame but thats life

laters red d
gutted because with rooney running on all cylinders
england reall had a great chance

National Visa Center (Dept of State)how can I get through to the NVC?
OOPS replied without keystroke
must be the spirits around again.

anyhow op told me that they had been entered on same day
fri mar 24th , thats good cos we sent them in same envelope.

I am the agent/benny but was visiting florida for a month
of course 230 arrived the day I left canada.

anyhow they remind of the "soup nazi" on seinfeld.

I feel sorry for asking how the case is proceeding even after paying up front
for such bloody slow service.

so I counted to 10 and did not dare ask "miss" when the case will complete.
thought I would outflank them and listen on auto responce.

but they really want to hear our nervous questions.

like oz wench I need my booster shot from nvc
so i relented and e mailed today TWICE

ah ah thats me to the back of the soup line then

laters red d

actually bored stiff cos Im home in isolation with influenza.

got a mask @ doctors yesterday , and receptionist was mean

must be a gen xrs thing !!

Now about the pigeons..........I could of done with one of those a while back.

yeah oz "always look on the bright side of life"

Julie will smile thats its monsieur perfect
who 'ALLEDGEDLY' made a boo boo on his application.

Being from manchester and toronto one has to keep his wit,

now In general I LIKE CANADIANS but their humour is a bit conservative,

face to face.

now the likes of Ackroyd, belushi, murray mike myers ,gilda radner, plus the cbc satires
are really funny, but then they are all "newfies" .

now regarding these forums there are some very serious people.

not much to worry about it seems "we have to hurry up and wait"

'whiteout ' USE sounds like you are Will be interviewed by the "gestapo"

I have a vision of those old grainy WW 2 movies

"PAPERS PAPERS VERE R UR PAPERS"

tHE REBEL in this red devil wants to use whiteout
cos the loverly NVC gal told me I could !!

THAT SHOULD get the panickers typing -- NO NO its a sin !! arf
