Ok you're not approved yet, but think of the months you endured without a peep from Texas. It's just a matter of days now. You are very right. I'm just losing my patience I need to just relax, seriously. My husband is not even half as worked up as I am. He's not even upset at all. I need to take note from him and just wait it out. I don't even want people emailing me anymore. LOL! Last week's approvals just teased all of us. We were all thinking we would just see them flooding in daily. I just got home, had a letter from USCIS TSC, hmmmmmmm, what could that be? WOW, I was approved for ANOTHER expedite!! Holy sh!t Batman!! Dated the same day I was approved for my wife's I-130!! Tell you what, those people at USCIS are on the ball...............this is so freaking stupid that it's sorta funny. I am going to raise more hell once our petition gets to NVC, providing copies of BOTH expedite approvals I received, one in November and this one today. Maybe NVC will feel sorry for TSC's incompetence. I cannot wait for the article to come out in the paper and online next week!!! Geez Louise!! I don't even have the words! Far better to deal with the horses mouth so to speak. From experience, I can say that all the CSR reps and Tier 2 reps did was scare us to death. At this point I can't believe anything until I see it. I know eventually I will get approved. I really would like to know how long it typically takes to approve a case. Then again, the fact that our cases were just picked up and the dust blown off of them, would lead to a lot of workload for this month of February. However, it has to be said, they put themselves in this position. It should of never happened. I just got off the phone with USCIS and confirmed that by 2/28/11, I will receive an answer (yay/nay/RFE)... He also suggested expediting my petition because once I get the approval, expedited petitions will go directly to NVC (not sure what this means or if it is so)..... He also confirmed that currently they are processing petitions with a priority date of 9/16/2010. He open two service requests and said I would receive an answer within 5 days……and if I did not receive any answers or any status updates to email directly TSC…..he gave me an email address and suggested to email them after the 5days are up… Not sure if anyone has seen or received this email address before, but its first for me…. I am not going to bombard them with emails now… I am going to wait to the 28th… I don’t want to run the risk of them putting me on the bottom of the pile... But most of all right now, I want Val and Gary to get out of the black hole they are in (well that a lot of us are in, in some way or the other). I think it's ridiculous! You both are keeping your composure on this forum and being so encouraging to others. I'll be really praying for you guys this week I hope you hear good news soon. When is enough just enough??? Geez! I'm also so disturbed at these RFE's? Like all these months have passed and they are only now finding fault? I really would love to be a fly on the wall in both CSC and TSC's office. If this wasn't for love a lot of us would of threw in the towel by now. It's emotionally, mentally, and even physically for some, just draining! Soon, way after all of us are done, NVC wants EP to be the norm and available for every country. But I'm sure that will be a few years from now. Saylin, will I be able to do the EP?
