4 lbs in a week is awesome! Man I just keep fluctuating up and down around 2lbs..which is normal in a single day. Mind you, I dont think Im doing enough cardio. I could be doing way more.

One of my brothers just bought a newer style "wagon" and between the 4 of us other siblings, we totally harped on him for buying a station wagon and were asking him when he was getting the beaver panels put on. Man, he hated us for that! The Beaver Panels game to me was the Canadian version of "Punch Buggy (Color) No Punch Backs!" lol!

Happy Friday! Man, this week seemed to just drag on. One of BB's friends has an adorable daughter and I babysit her sometimes for something to do while BB's at work. I've had her here at our house the past 3 days and I must say... Toddlers are tiring! Love her to bits but I am definitely ready for the weekend smile.gif

I was tired all of the time, and I am at the point where I can only fit like two pairs of my pants. My winter jacket will button up but you can tell I'm busting out of it. laughing.gif

I figured there's no more damn excuses, I just need to commit myself to some sort of work out regime in order to feel better.

I went through the same thing on my first extended visit over the summer...within a month of being in Columbus I went up 15 lbs!!! I was born without a thyroid and have been on levothyroxine since I was born, and have had times when my weight fluctuated a lot because of unbalanced THS levels, so I assumed it was that. Went to my doctor and nope, my levels are fine....seems I'm just settling down and happy, eating a more balanced diet and completely healthy. A good thing, but not what I wanted to hear! Bah! Shopping for new clothes is fun, but I hate to admit that I actually have to buy a size up sad.gif Definitely a motivation to keep up with the daily Wii Fit workouts

BB and I picked up a Wii Fit and I absolutely love it. We both try to do a good workout every day. Its got everything, Yoga, Strength, Aerobics and Balance. I usually at least do a 15 minute run every day, works out a great sweat!

On a side note....Must get this song commercial out of my head:

(Warning: Highly contagious)

Happy Remembrance Day, Everybody smile.gif

When I went to TO at the end of the month, I picked up a stack of them and handed them out to BB and some of our other friends.

I'd never heard of any of those to be honest. I just learned of the white elephant at BB's work party.

I always say Soda, because if Im drinking pop, that the only kind I would drink alone. biggrin.gif

If that makes any sense at all.

We just picked up some yesterday at dollar tree..they had lots of different ones. We went out yesterday and tried to do a holiday shopping. Its crazy out there. AND the crowds are only going to get worse from here on it :S

Is dollartree like dollarama?

My husband wouldn't take me there because he was raised with a silver spoon in his mouth and refuses to go to "such places" but I love them! Anyways today I am MAKING him take me to dollartree and he is more than welcome to sit alone in the car freezing while I am toasty warm inside browsing the aisles. tongue.gif

Yes it is! Hehe I love dollar tree. We picked up a ####### load of stocking stuffers also! Do it!
