Not going well for a buddy of mine.
Here is what I know :

They were married there

She has been here 3 years

Green card (aos) interview this Friday ( April 9th 2010)

Us guys call your Princess
She is a high maintance person,
doesn't like to work,
house work is not for her,
on the web according to her she is single and looking (with nude photos)
Husband is an hard worker and provides your with everthing, no abuse from him,she is running up ALOT of debt,she is demanding a child or else, she has told him she would of left before the getting green card but she does care (lol)


Now he says enough is enough .................

His options are ?

I know someone can give me the answers to this,you guys out there are full of answers and solutions since I came to VISAJOURNEY.COM

By the way my marriage to the queen of the Philippines is good ........... and the food she cooks !

:thumbs:balikbayan box is the way to go....... we use http://www.forexworld.us/BalikbayanBoxes.aspx look at this web site they have agents all over ......... they will even pick box up for you ....... stuff as much as you can in .....takes like 2 months cost depending on where you ship to. We ship to Bacolod and it cost like $90.00 ??? When we send stuff we put a thick plastic bag in the box and overfill it than use the shop vac to compress it down.

Just a normal thing in the Philippines ........we were put on AR and after 3 weeks called the number in the U.S. and found they had requested one of those CENOMAR things and was told that can take from one to three weeks ............so just hang on and all will be fine :thumbs:

Just remember that the medical is only good for one year and St. Lukes doesn't sent the interview date,the embassy does ........once you get the case number ( MNL200######### ) you can take a phyical but as I said I think that is good for a year , once you recieve the packet from the consulate that is the one that will have your appointment in it for your interview .........right now just make sure you have all the paper work you need on your end and at least four copys of it all.

K-1 if you are not legally married and a K-3 if you are legally married ......I would assume if you did get married there,there will be some sort of documatation which will not go good with the K-1.
The easy way (if there is such a thing) and quickest is the K-1
You don't want to get all the paper work sent in filled out than find out you filed the wrong one and have to start over.
As you can see by time lines ............some are very long but stay with it and you will succeed and this place is for you not matter what route you chose.

You can double check but I think you can send just copies for some of the stuff .............but you need to send originals for other stuff ..........just read slowly and make a check list and tick 'em off as you get them and than of course double check and than triple check and than worry about what you forgot after. :thumbs:
