US Citizenship General DiscussionStatus or marriage date?

The date to use is the 'Resident Since' date (date the PR/Green Card was issued).

She has to be a LPR for at least 3 years and married to the same US citizen for the last three years.

It's too bad you are not free from this VJ hassle even after the approval.
At least you know that you are approved and that your visa is on its way (kind of).
Congratulations!

Our case is not for AOS but IR1, but that's what we did and we had no problem.
Good luck!

Thanks! Did you use the whole statement or just the front summary page?

We printed out the whole statement for the latest month, but it doesn't hurt to print out for a few or several months as lawrencetoland says.

Thank you ricebird, IamGodsProperty, otso88 star_smile.gif

I was checking email, and case status online daily. It still says case pending. Receiving the letter is proof enough for us kicking.gif
Throughout this whole process we received no RFE or anything to delay her case.

Congrats!
Hope her naturalization process goes smoothly as well.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionApproved!!!!
Congrats on the approval.

For the address change, you can make an infopass appointment and check if the right address is entered in their system.
I had the same problem when I was waiting for my (F1) EAD in the past.
