congratulations,on your noa-2 approval, you need to wait a while until in gets in the system 15 days or more then start calling nvc for your number use that number to have your medical done,

Hello and congratulations. We didn't wait any time. I called the NVC to get our MNL# after about 3 days. With the MNL# we tracked the package (DHL) and had the interview set up to coincide with the physical.

We had the interview physical and completed before we ever received anything stating the package was in Manila.

I think you'll get alot of good feedback in the Manila forum!

Hello Friends! I have just recently found out that my petition was approved. But the NOA2 letter says to call the consulate in Manila where my fiance will have her interview. Im a little confused. Do I bypass the NVC? and call the embassy in manila directly or wait a few days and call the NVC? So far I haven't recieved any case number or any response from the NVC. Hope someone can help... confused and angry

my lawyer just sent email asking how many times i had been married i replied we had talked about this over 8 months she and sveta knows now lawyer tells me send sveta the divorce papers beyond the 2 listed on the 129f is this truely needed sveta has full copies of the last 2 divorces the others are in another state and sveta has visa interview in 1 week

I had to send all divorce decrees in full. Also in Manila the only questions they asked my my fiancee (now wife) were details regarding my past marriages and divorces; names, dates, and specific reasons. They had her sign a specific statement that she was aware how many times I had been previously married.

The RFE I got was because I only sent the first and signature pages of my decrees.

In our case it was the center of topics.

I already had taking of fingerprints and photo in ASC, also the medical examination... my app in consulate is in one day and im beyond nervous and with some doubts...

1. what should i do with the compact disc they gave me with medical results.... should and can i bring it with me on appointment in consulate... is it permitted to get inside with it?
2. Do I need forms ds 230, ds 157, ds158 and i864 for k1 visa???? i just have ds 156, ds 156k, ds 260 confirmation and i184 (is important if is signed with the date of one month ago?

Well, the best advices could be:

Dont let anyone to hurt you... think deeply what this could mean, and what role it plays in the honesty and future of your relationship... Is a red flag inside your relationship... just think twice everything...

If you are ok with it and want to continue with this the best is always tell the truth... maybe you two should wait to the interview and let the officer know you are presenting a change in the petition with proof of it... he will decide based in all the paperwork and case ...

But in fact, i think the best now, as mimolicious said, contact a good lawyer....

I think for the first hard copy is about 10-15 days

K1 visa timeline go from Noa1 to Noa 2 in about 5 or six months in USCIS

they send it to NVC, and them to the embassy or consulate, where is the stage of interview....

NOA 2 is notice of action, the second one say if you were approved or not in USCIS stage

Is perfect you are completely honest, you need to be honest and truthful for the entire process...

1. In our case my now hubby change jobs during the last year so, for the interview he gave me three years of tax payments, plus his paystubs of the year.

2. K1 is to get marry in the US

3. You can file for the adjustment, permission to work and advance parole together, the permission to work and advance parole could take in average 3 or 4 months after filling... but a lot of people try to wait until they receive the residence card to travel. So the answer is after the marriage, no, you can't travel before obtaining at least your advance parole

4. You can move inside the US as much as you want, but when you do it let uscis know it so they send your paperwork to the address you will be.

5. That one would be better answered by someone from UK

K1 visas, at least in my country, doesn't need the vaccines in the medical... you can have it done in the health department and in your aos phase go with a civil surgeon approved by uscis to transcript them.

ALL original documents to bring at the interview?

check on your consulate page, they normally have a list of the papers they need in original... My hubby sent me all the papers with original signature throught UPS, maybe he can do the same?? They kept, in my case, the original I 134, and the original of his declaration of intent to marry, he was divorced so also the original of marriage termination... plus the papers i fill out for the interview, like 260 confirmation page...

Request for Expidtition on getting K1 Visa approval

Hi, unfortunately Pregnancy is not a reason to expedite a case... and Im sorry to be nosey but I just gave birth six months ago and at the beginning of the pregnancy you have to wait in average six to ten weeks to be able to see anything at all in an ultrasound... and at two weeks probably you dont even know you are late... the pregnancy count from your last period forward so two weeks pregnant is two weeks from her last period... As an advise I would be cautious (last week I saw a case here of a guy that saw two different babies throught pictures, that supposely born abroad and was told both are his and I think it was all a lie...) still I hope your journey is smooth and hopefully leads to your happiness

Do not get panicked!!!! Is a waiting game at this point, your chances to proof anything is sending a good first form and packet and during your interview... all this coming weeks, relax and dont get obsess with documents!!! Just start slowly to make your pack for the interview with the same love you did the file you just sent... Concentrate in happy thoughts about your life with your soon to be husband... Is his divorce final and does he have all this evidence?

I'm not an expert so I just wonder if anyone knows if the fact you were already in a relationship with him, and pregnant by the time he went to the interview and present a case to immigrate with his wife to live in the US have a heavy weight in the result for your case.

I don't know of other cases, but I don't think that after doing all k1 visa process, schedule your appointments for medical, interview in the Embassy, etc... they can deny you the entry for the interview...

In fact in Mexico i couldnt bring my fiance with me to the interview, it was just me in there.. so the officer wouldnt even know who the other part is... don't over think or worry... just do the things in the legal manner and as with all the others in visa journey we will wish for the best and hopefully you will have the best result.

How many G325 A copies to be sent with I-129f packet

I am pretty confused, I was browsing and saw threads that You need to send 4 copies G325 A (beneficiary and petitoner) along with the I-129F packet. The thing is I already mailed my G 325 A to my fiancé in the US with my original signature on it. Does it mean I have to send 3 more copies of G 325 A through mail with my original signature on it? Thank you very much in advance. I appreciate all your replies on my previous posts.

You only need two copies to send with the i129 one for you and one for your spouse. but people send their love ones 2 copies just in case they mess up one copy and they have a back up. I order 4 copies just in case I messed up or my husband messed up. But only send two copies with your i129 form.

If she has the baby in nigeria, they will have you do a dna test which runs 600 dollars so be prepared for that. You have to be patience, it usually takes 5 months for approval then another 3 to 4 months for the actually interview. Good luck on your journey.

I wish I had more sympathy... However, I do have some information that may be somewhat useful. VSC won't let you put in a service request until you are at least at the 6 month mark and even then they will keep pushing it back. When you call you need to ask them what date they are working on, and if you are over six months AND the date they are working on has surpassed your date THEN you can put in a service request. For me, they didn't hit that point till about 6 and a half months after I filed. Still, I am feeling pretty certain a service request does pretty much squat. I have been working with my congressman who today has sent out the second inquiry on my behalf and the first one was about a month ago. The only thing you can really do is wait. They pretty much tell you whatever to get you off the phone. The whole system is super flawed :/

Ok, so i'm to have 5 months on September 3rd, which is literally right about the corner. I called the USCIS center to see if i could get more info and he said once I reach the 5 months next week I can put in a service request. Ok, so i'm curious what does a service request really do? Hi ! my noa1 is april 12th, almost like yours. My fiancé called them 2 month ago and they told him we should hear something by September 10th (yep, yesterday) but of course nothing. I don't know if he put in a request though but don't think so, I have to ask my fiancé if he got a confirmation number...
I was also wondering what does "expedite" means in the visa process ? I heard it a lot but I am confused.

I dont think they allow a service request to go in before the 5 months and 2 months ago you were at 3 months. As it is a lot of people get denied putting in that request sad but true. I would try calling them 2morro and push for a service request.

As far as a "Expedite" I believe those are for very few cases depending on your circumstance. I'd do a search on it to get a better view on that.

Good Luck on your Process!! I know we all want that NOA2 to get things moving a long. They told me i should hear something by September 21. I sure hope it's a decision if not well i'm telling myself at least i tried.

She didn't offer to give a confirmation number and would they have record of putting in a service request? Gah!! Just so frustrated as i know many of us are. Well I called them, and of course they said they are working on February 6, and the girl said the same thing they've told everyone.... but i was persistant and asked to speak to a manager.... then escalated the call from the manager higher up.... and they told me the same thing but with that lady she said she would try to put in my request. Once she got back she said she put my request in..... now since i was in a hurry to go back to work from my lunch break stupid me forgot to ask if i was going to get a confirmation number.... so now that's why i'm asking.....
