PhilippinesQuestion Regarding City name on G-325a / I-129F
My gurl lives in Santa Cruz which is proper name.

On her Birth Cert. it says Sta. Cruz.

On my initial paperwork to turn into USCIS should I put Santa Cruz or Sta. Cruz?

TIA

I have taken that PAL flight a few times. They keep you quaranteed in a small area with only a cr and vending machines. Only exits to airport is emergency exit. I never went thru customs or immigrations. This is usually to just re fuel the plane. I would say she would be fine

PhilippinesHelp findingB-12 Injections in Davao area

I am a nurse and I give the shot to patients in their homes every 2 weeks or every month. The patients are usually older. and the B12 injection is a prescription.
Also, you need to know if your B12 level is low. So see your doctor and get some lab work done and let the doctor decide if you need extra B12.
Having too much vitamins can be as bad or worse then not have enough vitamins
Good Luck

In many countries like Mexico and Philippines it is sold OTC.

I am low, I can feel it. Last time I visited my Physican in USA they were out, So I know my body quite well and it is need of energy

It mixes well with Gin, and helps relieve malaria symptoms.

Exactly.

I am connisuer of fine Gin, and Tanqueray Ten is a Premium Gin I would like to mix over ice with my Tonic Water. Sitting by the beach or just hanging out at my Fiances casa and have a drink with her papa or with myself. In case you haven't tried this magical combo I suggest you try it. Much better than the rock gut liquour found in Pi and easy on the pallet.

Yes yes chocolates and plenty of it. Filipinos have large families and relatives. I took one full suitcase of Reeces, M & M (this can be opened and given to the many kids), and other kinds of chocolates. They loved it. Please note if you buy the same candies in the Philippines such as Recese they don't taste the same. Also bring any kind of t-shirts of caps that says USA on in or name brands for the immediate family members. Filipinos are very hospitable and they cherish these small gifts.

Agreed

Nothing says lovin' like a T-shirt from Tombstone!!

As in the movie or the City?

Hmmm... Boy scout or not. The best way to protect yourself in the Philippines is to stay away from trouble cuz I can guarantee you'll realize quickly that you brought a box cutter to a gun fight! Most filipinos just like talking to Americans... Be cool and friendly... They wont mess with you if you don't mess with them.

Yes I understand that 99% are very friendly and graceous hosts, and love to communicate. And I dig it also.

This ain't my first rodeo to Pi...

You mean like a defensive weapon? Even if you win, you lose. There are more Filipinos that you, they don't like to lose, and don't fight fair. Second, Filipino prisons are dark overcrowded holes, and a Kano like you wouldn't survive the night. Best thing is to avoid such places, watch what you say (they take insults seriously), avoid competition (they don't like to lose, and they don't play fair), and trust your wife/fiancee to keep you out of trouble. Don't wander off on your own. Don't get caught alone.

Yes good advice, I am aware of the rule of engaging with a filipino, If you start something there is another guy with a knife coming at you.

I like to wander off, I purchased a motorbike last trip so I can get around much easier. I roam the Philippines and so far have never had a issue, I just heard right now that Davao has a rash or holdup and murders, and Duerte has issued a extra bounty for dealing with these criminals.....

it has to be in your checked luggage, but why take it ?

Cuz it really cool and I carry at my side clipped to my pants pocket from 8 to 5 and it's very useful. I am taking it in my checked luggage and give some away as gifts. Last time in Cebu they took my duct tape in my carry on bag and confiscated it.

Plus I am like a boy scout always be prepared and know your surroundings...

PhilippinesDomestic Flights

How safe are the airlines in the PH nowadays?

When I was still in the PH, I only flew with PAL several times.

Is it safer to just take a ship from Cebu to CDO and back? The thing is, flying one-way in that route is only 45 minutes while sea travel runs for 9-12 hours.

I can promise you airline are much safer than the "Banana Boat" ships ya'll have here.

I am pretty sure if u go thru a travel agency it will be more expensive than booking direct, and do travel agency still exist.

For me I just go online and check AirPhil or PAL or Cebu Pacific and find the best deal and book. Most promos are con also. Once you book they add all this BullChit like fuel surcharge, Tax, Misc charges, etc and the price is about d same as getting a non promo flight

Philippinesdual citizenship benefits

Hi.. If you become a US citizen would you lose the benefits like social security benefit in the Philippines? What about Pension or Life insurance there? If you have properties? Can someone share opinions.. Thank you..

Lose social security benefits in Pi is like loosing few pesos.

The US wont recognize dual citizenship for her, but in Pi they have some BS dual citizen thing that will still allow her to own land and other benefits.
