I guess but the truth is VSC has been working on November for over a month. It doesn't surprise me that they would send some out because they have been stagnant for quite some time. Something tells me that we aren't going to be getting any good news soon. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not going to get excited just yet.

So far there are 3 of us jan filers who havent been transferred :/

 

I guess we'll just have to wait and see :( I would say I hope it goes by quickly but I highly doubt it.

You would think but who knows. Look at CSC they are blazing through their workload and VSC seems to be all over the place. I tried looking into seeing where they transfered your cases but couldn't find anything. Maybe call and ask? Good luck! And I hope you get your NOA2 soon!

NOA2 date July 3 from TSC. Case still not transfered to NVC. #######!!!!!!!

 

I understand. I was a January filer and had people that filed in March approved before me. It's one thing, or another, or both. And I'll let you know about the 10-15 business days. Seems a little too fast for me. I sent an e-mail to NVC before being transferred and called trying to get answers. I also had my congressman involved before my NOA2 so that might have helped.

I got my case number today. Sent out on Friday and they "put it in the system" today. They also told me, the maximum time it should be at NVC is between 10 - 15 business days.

Well,  told yesterday my case would be released and sent to NVC. So far no email on transfer and USCIS site still says I'm at TSC. I need to start taking  birth control pills - looks like I'm going to get screwed every way on this journey.

 

I don't know if this helped but on Thursday I called and e-mailed NVC. Have you tried doing that? This is so frustrating! I got the e-mail yesterday but God only knows how long it's going to sit at NVC. Good luck! Keep us posted!

Hello! I'm still waiting for my NOA2 but from what I've seen it goes with Correos. It doesn't surprise me that you've waited this long. In my opinion correos is a disaster. E-mail MAD ivmadrid@state.gov and they should answer you quickly. It shouldn't take more than 7 days after MAD receives it. I had the same problem. I e-mailed the embassy and they replied the next day saying that we can now pay at the embassy during the interview with either cash or credit card. If you want to verify by yourself, e-mail them at ivmadrid@state.gov

So I called yesterday to get a bit of clarification. I'm not one of the December January filers that got transfered but I wanted to know what the heck was going on with all the petitions that were being jumped over. This was the actual response, word for word, that I got from the woman.

 

"I find it very hard to believe that anyone with a January date got approved at VSC. I can see here that currently they are working on OCTOBER 15."

 

I kept telling her that on pages like this one, I'm seeing other dates and if we could get at least an estimate of how much time we have left to wait (ballpark). She said that any January filer will most likely have to wait an additional "3 to 4 months." (Which I find abosolutely ludicrous ).

 

Thought I should share my conversation. I'm furious and disappointed. Everything you can imagine. I also contacted my congressman and senator WEEKS ago but have received NO response from either. I hope that maybe one of you guys can contact yours and maybe they'll pay attention to you. This is getting ridiculous.
