They made an inquiry and gave csc 30 days to answer. Ater the 30 days they said my petition was in security checks and I owul dhave to wait 90 more days. But 3 days later we were aproved. Someone told me that Mexico is now requiring visa for Brazilians. Does this include transit visas? I have looked on the Mexican website and have even called the Consulate of Mexico in Atlanta. I am finishing up my internship (which is unpaid) and Hope to get a permanent job in May. Renato will be going through JFK in hopes of getting a temp ead and will work at a local tennis club here. His income alone will be 30,000. My question is, if we both get steady jobs...do we have to use my mom and brother n law as sponsors. They were pretty inconvenienced getting th epaper work ready with the I 134 and I hate to ask them to start all over with the getting the letters from the bank and filling out new forms. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	unemployed	Paul, this year I finished my studies. I also took two long trips to Brazil. From May-Aug and from November-March. We have 2 co sponsors and I dont think we will have a problem. Aselano, I am int he same situation as Paul. I am just graduating from school (right now I am finishing up my unpaid internship). Luckily because of wedding gifts we have recieved we will be fine for quite sometime. Everyone has a different situation. My fiance already has had several job offers (he studied in the us and is a tennis player). He is going to go through JFK trying to get the temp EAD and his job offers understand he may have to quit working for awhile. I think it is great that you want to be secure in your income before your fiance comes, but as far as I know lots of my friends who have married Americans have struggled in the beginning as well. I have access to the internet while Renato does not. I helped him fill out all his forms....including th eones for his interview because I am better with paperwork than he is. Plus his handwriting is awful! When I explaint hings to him I have to explain them numerous times so most of the time it is easier to take care of it myself.
