I guess tattoos aren't liked in the Philippines. My fiancee was called back today for a pyschiatric evaulation because of a tattoo around her ankle. I'm waiting now for her call but is this a legitimate reason to fail the medical examination? Are people with tattoos seen as mentally deranged there? Any others that have had similar experiences please let me know how it turned out for you.

Tattoos is not really accepted in the Philippines, but no one can stop someone from having it.. I personally dont like tattoos, my main reason is I will not be able to donate blood. but as far as psychiatric evaluation, I dont think having tattoos will goes that far.


My friend once applied for a big company here..and he took a Medical Exam (Job requirement)..and he undergone psychiatric evalution...he got a tattoo on her ankle too...and the name of his exgf is written there....
they just ask why did he have the tattoo? and why did he put his exgf's name?(because of LOVE obviously) Does he have other tattoos? just wanted to know the reason behind the tattoo? That's it!

I think most of the guys snore...(and don't you know that snoring is a sickness?lol) anyways, i snore too when im so tired (eeewww) and i grind my teeth (my mom told hubby that when i do that when I sleep, get a slipper and slap the slipper to my face and throw the slipper after, so the grinding would stop, well you know how filipinos bliv in "pamahiin") and to cut that short, HE DID slapped the slipper right into my beautiful (kapal!) face...(**ouchy**) i dont even know how to react. will i slap him back? (which i know i cant) will i cry? (too much pain on my face, i could even cry!) will i get mad? (but he just followed what my mom told him) well, from then on...i tried to hide all the slipper before i go to sleep.

OH! I forgot...this is a topic for our partner not us....oh well..same us the hubbies here...SNORING! and he unintentionally pinch my butt when sleeping...he really dont have any idea that he's doing that...(oh well, i wouldnt mind!LOL)

I know GOD is the only person who can judge them. And I a came to realize that those people who dont have anything to do but to bug and annoy other people...are people who havent found LOVE IN THEIR HEARTS, COMFORT AND SATISFATION WITH THEIR LOVED ONES....that's why they try to divert all their Loneliness to people who are happy and make their lives miserable like theirs.

Hi Sha, that's what I'm thinking too.....the 2 blank question will be filled out by hubby (no erasures) but correcting the birth year (from 1980 to 1982, thou he has to correct the last number only) but i dont know if erasure is allowed.

My G-325 form was filled out by my hubby without my signature, it passed USCIS....and I was just thinking that if all the infos written on the ds 230 are also the same with the documents i send, it wouldnt be a problem.

I'm just hopeing for no RFE with that.

Are forms I-134 and 1040 really necessary? Please help. Thanks!

D, ako rin...we mailed the I-864 with hubby's W-2, 6months recent paystubs, 2008,2007,2006 ITR.....no employment letter.....kasi ang sabi AND/OR an Employment Letter. (OK NA KAYA YUN? KASI NAKIKITA NAMAN SA PAYSTUB NG ARMY KUNG KELAN PA END OF CONTRACT NYA SA ARMY E...I THINK THAT'S ENOUGH PROOF THAT HE'S AN ACTIVE ARMY) napaparanoid kasi ako baka magkaroon kami ng RFE bcoz we dont have the Employment Letter.....

I am a newbie here and hopefully can get responses to everyone. I will have my interview on June 22, 2009. Hopefully if there is anything you can add on the documents that I am preparing please let me know, so I could be reminded by it.

I have 2 folders with me, first is the folder for my partner fiance and me. This includes: Affidavit of support, ITR 2007-2008, W2 2007-2008, recent pay stubs/ earning statements, divorce papers/marital settlements, bank statement/checking account. School documents since he is presently a student.

His other documents: birth certificate
in case in case: co-sponsor paper (I know the USEM is not accepting it, but this is just for a secondary purpose for a special case, we'll see)

My papers: Forms DS-156, 156-k and 157, appointment letter, St. Lukes vaccination worksheet, birth certificate (NSO and city civil registrar), NBI and police clearance, certificate of birth of my kids (NSO), Annulment papers (finality, registration and annotated MC copy from NSO) employment papers and school papers.

The 2nd folder contains all the proof: boarding pass/ itinerary on the 1st and 2nd time he came to visit including receipts and cruise tickets), emails from 2006-2009, chats and logs, phone records, global remittances, snail mails, and photographs of my partner and me, my partner and my family, my partner and my kids.

I guess that is it. Please, if there is anything that I miss, do tell and I appreciate all of your efforts in reading this thread. Thank you and God bless!

Yeah, dats what i thought of too D, kasi nakalagay din sa paystub nila kung hanggang kelan ang contract nila...hindi kasi kami nagsubmit e...haayyy....hopefully by end of june case complete na siya at makakuha ako ng August Interview..September kasi may "Married Couple Retreat" sa TN...gusto nyang sumama...syempre hindi pwede kung wala ko, e ako ang asawa!lol....sipain ko siya papuntang afghanistan ulit kung may sinama siyang iba.... mad.gif
