K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2008 Filers	Hello to all, just wanted to let you know that Costel and I have been approved and have our noa2. When I got home from work yesterday (1-5-09) I checked USCIS and found that we had been touched that day. Today when I come home from work I had another nice surprise waiting for me---------2 e-mails------one from my love and the second from Cris. I am soooooooooooooooooo excited and very worried about the next step in paper work but I know that you all will help us and for that we are very grateful. We have not been members long but have really had so much support and help-------thank you so much and believe me we will be asking more questions sooooooooooo thank you in advance. Oh I know of one already-------where does uscis sent the approval and how do we get intouch with them. I remember reading on here somewhere but for the life of me can not seem to remember. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Denial Notice Sent (K1)	Hi. You mentioned that you met 2 years ago on August 14th. I wonder if the problem is that you submitted your forms prior to August 14th. Even though they didn't review it until around that date, maybe they go by the submission date. Since it was less than 2 years, they may have automatically denied it. Since you are now past the 2 year mark, maybe you won't have any problems. I wish you all the best! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 to NVC hasn't happened yet - NOA2 Date Oct 1	Hi. I received my NO2 on August 31st and the NVC still has not forwarded my paperwork to the Montreal Consulate. They keep telling me that the Consulate has received the electronic copy, but not the hard copy. When I call, they say it was mailed on September 8th and the Consulate has not yet received it. You would think they would keep better records. It is very frustrating, because I have been worried they may have lost the paperwork. I am nearing the 90 day mark. At that point, I guess I will try to contact my Congressman. What other option do I have at the 90 day mark? I really appreciate your help. Good luck to all! I've been told the same thing about 5 times... since May... and still nothing... so to be honest I hope I get the letter soon, for like yesterday , and that way I dont care about updates in whatever timeframe they say it will be there... It worried me for a while, because it always said our case number was invalid. I checked yesterday and it was still not online. He said the interview went great and the women who did the interview was very friendly and they had a few good laughs together. And he was able to go pick up the visa later that day! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Which Is Better? Fiance(e) Visa or Spousal Visa...	Hello, I hope somebody can help me. A friend of mine married her husband from Egypt. They married there, but it took about 15 months and 3 trips to get him here. That was back in 2002/2003. However, upon his arrival he was here maybe 6 months before receiving his greencard. I remember her saying they wanted to make sure the relationship was a bonafide relationship since that was short after 09/11/01. And given the fact he was from Egypt. However, I see many people who are on this forum and people I know who are talking about saving money for the K-1 Visa. And i'm slightly confused. Doesn't the Embassy check financial records from the IRS for the pass 3 years? If you are saving, will that be enough to petition your loved one to come here or would you need a affidavit of support? Which would be a better route together. On some websites I read about people's cases being delayed, or denied. I'm somewhat worried which would be a best way to go. Marry in Morocco, or petition him on a fiancee visa and marry him here. I'm so confused. Which is the most effective way of getting your loved one here? Thanks Alot. Worried ako kc last 15 days ago may spotting din ako for 2 days with matching pain sa lower right pelvic pain ko. Hay nakuh pa check up nga sana ako next week pag tuloy-tuloy na tong dugo na to this week kc hindi ordinaryo yung sakit sa right pelvic ko nga.. parang kinurot xa. Di kaya buntis ka na? pasencya na t tagal ko reply kasi nmn morning sickness ko sinusumpong na naman ako ano ba yung HAIL na yan?!!
