You always know which streets are crowded and risky, so you can stay away from troubles... Now about your questions: 1- They will contact you. 2- Packet 3 & 4 you mean? check out these two links : Instructions for K1 / K2 Visas & Forms 3- Tell her to go to Institute Pastor - They only accept the shots stamped and confirmed by them. Tell her to go there with her passport- She has to go to International Section - Asks for MMR & Hepatit Shots - Tell them she needs shots for immigration to US. They know every thing. They will give her a card with all information and stamps on that.
