Canada	The Vent	I have to vent!!!!!!!!! I felt so bad yesterday at work. I was covering an employee's break in returns and some guy brought back a toilet seat. It had been used!!!! What happened was previously, someone had bought a toilet seat and put their OLD toilet seat in the new box, returned it and got their new one for free!!! PEOPLE ARE MESSED UP!!!! Whoever was working in returns that day didn't check inside the box and it was put back on the shelf!!! There were no parts in the box, no instructions and the seat had ####### on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was mortified. Luckily the customer thought it was grossly funny. He went and bought a new toilet seat and I checked it out personally before he purchased it!!! That is theft!
