Do anyone know if they send out NOA through email or not? I will be gone for almost a month... I don't want to have to worry about whether the NOA has arrived or not. Even though I really set my expectation low for the speed of the process so I won't be too upset when they are slow... It's holiday, they probably will slow down and be off for a few days, right? I pray to get NOA1 by no later than when I come back (which is like 6 weeks from now).

He needs a waiver because he already filed a petition for a foreign fiance within the last few years.

It may be a completely different waiver that you need, but I'm sure if you posted this topic there, you'll get more help.

Lawyers suck so bad!!!! mad.gif Doesn't sound like yours was too educated on visas!!!
I really have no idea if they would do this. Usually expedites are used for serious medical issues or U.S. Military deployment.
I'm sure someone will have further information on this.

Sounds like you're a December filer, although it really doesn't matter, USCIS won't designate you that way. It's just a VJ thing.

When you log into your account on the USCIS.com website you will see a "Last Updated" date.
If that date changes, then you were "touched" meaning someone moved your file, looked at it, did something to it.
