Yes, you need to send him this. It also needs to be notarized. Eunice recieved packet 4 yesterday with an interview date of April 29. Are we missing something. I am in Brazil and have not recieved the NOA2 yet, although I know it has arrived at my home in the U.S. Some consulates do not issue a package 3 (Russia, for Example) Brazil may be the same. If you already have your interview Date and package 4, you are fine. Good Luck!!! To the OP, I do not suggest doing that..it could mix things up greatly. You don't know exactly what forms they want from you, sometimes it's different every time. You could download all the forms, fill them in and get all them ready but don't actually send it in until you have received package 3 in the mail. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 confusion	You must call NVC... 603-334-0700 1 for English Then 5 to talk to someone. It may take awhile to get someone. When they answer, they will ask for your NVC number....you don't have one so tell them you have a USCIS number and you want to know the status of your petition. They will tell you if they have your petition or not...if they do, they will give you your NVC number. If not, call back in a few days. They are SO helpful and nice!!! Right now is the longest stretch we've been apart since the first time we met in real life, it will have been about three months by the time we see each other again. He'll probably come to visit in June for one or two weeks and hopefully we'll be approved soon after that! Aww hon I'm sorry Nick and I are only an hour apart by plane....7 and 1/2 hours by car. We are very lucky and we know it. I am thankful every day. I bet you can't wait to see each other again!!!
