IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	BC and NSO BC	I am not an expert on this but I think DFA will really follow the NSO as it is the day she was really born. It will really affect interview since its not her birthday. Put in his real birthday as shown in the Birth Certificate in NSO. I'm sure NSO will have an affidavit of support for the late registered. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	will I be denied......	hallo i'm also from Indonesia, as far as i know, US Embassy Jakarta Never denied Spouse Visa.but the consulate often give Administrative Processing but they will give you the visa eventually.. As long as you have a strong proof of bonafide of Marriage like Photos with family and friends, chat logs, your travel receipt etc you will be okay..one of my friends got married when her spouse visited her for the 1st time and she got her visa now ..if you only visit her one time .. your wife probably has to explain why you only visited 1 time only on her interview, but it's better if you visit her again if you still can't go maybe you should ask your doctor to give you a letter stating about your medical condition and give it to your wife so she can explain to the consular about what happen to you Good Luck	jameugiekaxavilon	Female	Philippines	2012-11-14 20:53:00

All application will go to USCIS first before getting into NVC then Consulate. But I think you should send some proofs to the USCIS like pictures of you together especially during your wedding day and others. It should be send along with your application form. Its one of the requirements aside from the proof you will bring to the interview. Good thing they only send you RFE... there were some cases that they were denied because they didn't submit any proof and have to do the process all over again. So send them what they asked. Most of the pictures we had is dated like from 9/27/2011 to 10/2/2011. He was here last August to september 2010. I also have picture taken in my camera with the right date. But since I dont have lots of our pics taken in my camera I will be bringing the one with him... So, its like I will have pictures with different dates. Its like when u received ur NOA2, within 4 months you must complete the medical examination and interview and then when ur visa get approve u can fly to US and get married within 90 days. Im 100 percent sure it does not mean marrying in 4 months upon receiving the NOA2. And Yeah, congratulations for you NOA2.
