There is another reason to copy all of the pages which isn't in writing. This is to show that you are not trying to; #1-hide anything and #2- that nothing has been manipulated in your passport. There are several super senior members who advocate this. I am of the same opinion.

I am giving the denial a little time. I called NVC and they had no record of it. USCIS has no record of it. The Embassy says to contact USCIS. I don't know if they sent it back in June or July. I received an email in the middle of July from the Embassy stating that the petions was being sent back. I am not planning on filing another K1 yet.



What year was it sent back to USCIS? Mine was sent back September 2011 and USCIS received it November 2011. You can check the status of your application in the USCIS site using your receipt number...

You are always welcome. Waiting for the denial usually will take long time. As it is a returned application; the USCIS will prioritized or work more on the new application. I would advice you to follow-up the existing application you had so you can do what is needed to do. And if ever you didn't know; my visa application was denied too in the USembassy in Manila and was sent back to the USCIS last September 2011 for the reason the same as yours. And until now we dont receive any letter from the USCIS yet. My husband emailed the USCIS but still no news. Wish you good luck in everything you do.

My fiance (now husband) had a k1 petition before he petition me under k1 visa too. USCIS sent us RFE regarding his first k1 petition. He was asked to submit a waiver to file 2nd k1 petition and state the reason why. The reason why he petition another k1 for a different beneficiary was because he was widowed. His wife (which he petitioned first in k1) died in a car accident while in the US. The USCIS was making sure that my husband is not a green card giver.

This is what my husband did. Unless your first k1 petition was successfully withdrawn I think there will be no problem petitioning second k1 visa. Its just a guess. And I haven't read anyone yet who the case was being sent back to the USCIS and was succesfully withdrawn. Hope everything will work for you!! GOD bless!!

I had read one of the same case as yours in the philippines too and yes the embassy accepted the transferred packet unless if the policy is change but I doubt it. Since it was just like 1 week from the date it was sent in singapore consulate maybe the packet is not yet there. Usually it took 2 weeks to reach in the consulate. So try calling Singapore embassy next week maybe in that time they will have it. Good luck!! :) :)

If you are thinking about the spousal route. First get married in the Philippines.

Certificate of legal capacity to marry (US citizen). You can get this in US embassy manila or cebu.
Requirements:
1) Divorce decree if divorce or death certificate if widowed.
2) His/her birth certificate.
3) US passport.
4) Some pictures of you together. Some CO will ask few questions.
5) Payment of the certificate.

Marriage License. You can file this in your local registrar office.
Requirements:
1) Certificate of legal capacity to marry (US citizen).
2) Birth certificate of the filipino citizen from NSO.
3) Birth certificate of the US citizen.
4) Certificate of No Marriage of both parties. You can get this in the NSO. Foreign citizen are required to obtan CENOMAR to determine that he/she had never entered into marriage in the Philippines before.
5) Seminars.
6) Payment of the Certificate.

Church Wedding.
Requirements:
1) Marriage license.
2) Legal capacity to marry (US citizen)
3) Seminars

Civil Wedding
Requirements:
1) Marriage license
2) Witnesses.

While yes, it does mean that your petition is in the adjudication process; it is now currently on hold, and likely in another pile, waiting for your response to the RFE. You should wait until you get the actual RFE letter, and then be prepared to fully, timely and accurately respond to the request. It may be something simple, or not, there is no way to fully determine with the actual letter. You can post the actual RFE letter contents (redacting personal information) on the forum, if you want to elicit discussion and comments from other forum members. The quicker you respond, the quicker your petition gets on down the line.

I'm sorry, I thought your fiance gone already in the interview in the embassy. SO it means your application is denied in the USCIS.. I think this post would help you for the application... I have a friend who was denied in k1 because her fiance only submit the I-129f form and fee, and after like 5 months instead of having there noa2 they received denial because lack of supporting documents and proofs of on going relationship. They applied another k1 process, submitted all the requirements (and this site was a great help for them too). She was approved during her interview in US Embassy Manila and now she is with her fiance (now husband) in the US.

Your case is somewhat tough to get through since you have unreconciled previous k1 petitions. And the fact that its 2 different petitioners would give it an alarm to USCIS. One thing you can do is; try to find a way to get contact to your ex-fiances and ask to withdraw their petitions they filed for you. And I wish they wont make it hard for you. Even when you get married to your new fiance now; filing for a spousal route is not a guarantee that you will get a visa. It will still be storm with lots of questions; delays.
