It is depressing to see how some of us are getting approved in a heart beat and others are not. I am at the end of my strength, seriously i dont know what else we could do but WAIT! However, i am happy for those who dont have to go through this. I Don't beleive there's a hell anywhere else, to me hell is all the bad we go through in live for exemple dealing with the VSC. All of them at the VSC will spent x-mas and news years with there loved ones and we will be missing ours does this make any sence? No, so this is hell to me. Mirla, i know you are one of the sunshines on here and i thank you for your optimism but right now i don't have any. I just feel like going to the VCS and punch somebody in the face. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Waiting on the VSC to make a decision?	Hi everyone just wanted to share some news with ya'll. We called the service center using the RFE thing yesterday and got a very rude lady on the phone (i would like to call her something esle though) anyways, she told us that she cant give us any info on our case because we had call the PROBLEM line, HELLO???? I think we are having problems with our case That good for nothing person didnt even asked for our case number and after minutes of feeding us some BS she just hung up on us. Well, we called back again and had a nice guy this time who was really patient and had a look on the computer. He wanted to do an other service request but the system did not allow him because they have done one on dec 4th. He said that we should hear something very soon and also told us what to do when we get approved. Of course we already know what to do but we let him talk, at least some was willing to talk so we just let him. I am tired of hearing "you will get something very soon" but there is nothing we can do at the moment. The letter we sent to Senator Webb yesterday already has been delivered so maybe they will be able to do something for us. Wow Mirla, you got touched today? They finally got your response Byron, we are still waiting, Mel called them on friday and the said they did a service request on dec 4 and we should call back today. We also called Senator Webb's office on friday and the nice guy on the phone told us to mail them a signed letter and it will take them only a few days to get in touch with the VSC. We are sending of the letter today with FedEx so they will receive it tomorrow morning. BTW how is Leidy doing, is she getting ready to come? I am sure she is... I know i said YES 2 yrs ago when he proposed but i still had some doubts. He took all the doubts away from me by being a wonderful friend, lover and a very respectful man. I guess i have to file form i-485 for me and my k2 daughter? How much is my daughters fee, she does not need EAD nor AP? Do i put the whole amount on one check or separate checks? Does she also need the form g-325a? Form g-325a: Husband or wife if known, are they talking about my hubby (the petitioner) or is this info about my parents? former husbands and wives, i guess this is about me whether i was married before? My man called them this week to find out our status and they said that we are still within 30 days but on their letter they were talking about 60 days so i dont really know how long its gone take them but after 30 days we will call again.
