Hi everyone!

I got the approval letters today. My daughter and i got approved and my daughter's GC was also in the mail, i guess mine is on the way :dance: :dance: :dance: (we got approved on 10/26/2010)

I haven't heard nothing about my son's GC but i am sure he's will comme soon as well.

Hi everybody, I will be sending my documents for removing conditions in one week. I have a question about the form I-751, When is asking me about list all the children. My husband has two girls from his previous marriage, and we will have one first daughter together in two weeks. My question is Should I just list the daughter that we are having even though she will be citizen? Do I need to list also the daughters of my husband?. Do I need to wait until my daughter born or I can send my application the week before she born. I say the week before because my daughter will born in august 23rd and my 90 days window start august 17.
Please give me advises.

congrats for the baby girl! You said your 90 days window starts august 17th so why dont you send your docs after her birth? That will be an other solid proof when you add her birth cert and some cute pics to your package. On the forms it says that YOU should list all YOUR children.

I assumed that if your case reached NVC you always have the case number assigned to you, try to check the email again the case number is there I bet



This is what the email says:

Hi there! On June 11 i received an eamil from NVC-Inquiry saying that our approved petition has been sent to the NVC. On Aug. 24th i called the SCV to find out about our case and the lady said that we will recieve "somthing" (what the hell is somethingß) this week but she can not tell me more about it because i am not the petitioner. Then my fiance called and they told him that they don't have any infomation about our case because it has been forwarded to the NVC. My fiance forgot to ask them when they have sent the case to the NVC and why we haven't received any Notice yet. So he called again and they told him that we are still withing the processing time so they don't have any information saying that our case has been approved ohmy.gif . Now we still dont know what is going on with our case and if it has been approved or not. All this calling the SC just got me totaly confused.
