K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Life after RFE – NOA 2!!!	WOW WE GOT IT! GLORY! What a tremendous relief!! Really it has been ridiculous ever since I sent in the RFE – I’ve been checking USCIS site literally every few minutes – to see if anyone touched us. Suddenly just now 3 emails came in saying we had been approved – Yipee! Now I will be too busy gathering all paperwork and studying and reading and copying and organizing for the interview that I will have no time to worry about waiting for the NVC and foreign consulate to get on their tails (yah, sure). Thanks all for the encouragement all this time! Best of luck for everyone else to get their NOA2’s FAST!!! CONGRATUALATIONS and Celebrations to you!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 GOT IT!!	WE FINALLY GOT OUR NOA2 DATED FEBRUARY 12, 2007!!!! All this time that I was worrying myself sick I had already been approved. I received my approval notice via snail-mail - never did receive an email. For you November filers keep your chin up - I have not forgotten about you and I hope you hear or get something soon, I’ll be looking out for your approvals. December filers your next! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	LONDON MEDICAL	I just had my medical at Bentinck mansions - I believe this location is for adults without children. The other drs is for adults + children (if I'm correct).. Either way when you book your medical, they will confirm which location you need to go to. Thanks guys, I just got back from a harrowing drive from the derbyshire dales into the outskirts of london and back. I did as suggested by Truffles, and walked up the side of Debenhams(marleybone ?) and found Bentinick on the right, a couple blocks further up marleybone you will find the other facility,bulstrode place on the left. We also went to the embassay and took pictures with Eisenhower. Then had the medical and visa photos taken opposite Selfiges. A productive day, my Fiancee will now be quite comfortable travelling down on her own for mrdical and visa, hopefully in March/April. Edited by Buxton babe, 19 February 2007 - 07:04 PM. A good lawyer will tell you that 95-98% of all cases for a fiance visas do not need a lawyer but i would suggest with a prior deportation and assualt type of arrest you may fall into the 2-5 percent that does . research and find a good lawyer and at least just pay for a consultation to understand the possible hoops you may have to jump through .	jmoon87	Not Telling	Colombia	2006-01-30 11:40:00

I have my work confirmation, confirmation of days requested off, confimation from our property management that I am added to my dad's lease as of April 1st, return ticket booked at flight Center, and of course, Next week's schedule at work to show I am scheduled for Tuesday. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129Fs sent to TSC are sent to CSC	TSC received the I-129F on March 1, 2006. They shipped it to the CSC. WHY? Why are they doing this? VisaJourney now shows CSC taking over 120 days while NSC and VSC hardly take a month. This is insane! Does anyone have a clue what's happening with the USCIS and why this imbalance? Does make you wonder and even more since VSC is less than 30 days, NSC isn't too bad, TSC is bad, and CSC is horrible. Where do they put TSC? To the CSC! That's insanity. All of us know this is horrible and feel your pain, wondering what will happen to us. Can you let us know your dates of filing and country? If you fill out your timeline and country of your fiance(e), maybe we can see if there's a pattern for the State where you live, country of your fiance(e), whether your I-129F was rerouted from another Service Center to the CSC, etc. We who have sent in ours after March the first are concerned about our applications, too. Most of us have not had your luck so there must have been some special attention maybe by the processors. Bizarre isn't even a strong enough word. There's no rhyme or reason to the absolute randomness and unprofessional management of the USCIS Service Centers. I hope the rest goes as smoothe for you and your fiancee! I remember seeing a couple that just had this in Moscow in March I believe it was. Same situation and I think it took them about a month. One of the respondees to his query had the same thing happen. Not much consolation -- just a suggestion of another place to check. Seems to be the proverbial "black hole" and go figure. So Sorry to hear it. I hope it gets resolved quickly. I found a man who assists for a very modest fee. So you can get some assistance without a down payment on the lawyers new Ferrari, Maserati, or Lamborghini! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Typical Interview wait time	Ditto about the timelines. Check here and then do some guessing on your own part. You will not know until it happens. The most important thing is having the I-129F rock solid so there are no RFEs. I can tell you that a friend who assists others in this said it's 4 - 6 months on average depending on the Service Center you submit through AND their work load to go from the SC getting the Petitoin package to the Interview. I'm sure there are other factors like the background check on the Sponsor; that's you. I spoke with a guy I know who went through this from the west coast and it took him 7 months to get to last January and the Interview with no RFEs and a solid Petition package. And just because the Interview happens is no guarantee the visa is given within a few days. Read the posts here over the past few months and you'll see the frustration of some who went through it only to having to wait for weeks or months longer. It's a ####### shoot. There are averages. They just like to tease us desparate people.... I have someone who is not a lawyer and went through this process some 7 years ago with a Russian lady now his wife and he assists people for a modest fee. He told me that the site is not accurate with the update information and he really really meant it. Completely not 100%.
