K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	On ceac status updated date changed	This happened to me. First I got am email from uscis saying they had mailed me a notice of my approved petition. But my petition was approved Oct 24. Then when I went to ceac website the date had changed from Last updated Nov 7 To Last updated Nov 14 Hope this means it was worked kn today. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	On ceac status updated date changed	Hello everyone! Once again I have another question to ask and hopefully some one will be kind enough to answer in witch I do will appreciated. The question that I have is why my visa status updated date has been changed, first it was from case creation date October the 22nd to status updated date to October 28th, then it said from October 22nd to status updated October 31st and now it says October the 22nd to November the 1st! I'm not trying to be silly or stupid but would I like to find out what's going on, what it means and why my updated dated keep on changing? I have a feeling that they probably are working fast on my case and maybe every time they go into my case by changing the status it might be a way to letting me know that some work has been done and some process but if any one already had been through this situation and would like to share their experience will truly appreciated. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Interview today and ... APPROVED!	I don't have words to describe how happy we are now! THANK YOU SO MUCH VJ! thank you for sharing life experiences, good and bad, information, EVERYTHING!  The interview appointment was today at Lima's embassy at 8:15 am. I am so happy that my fiance was here with me. We arrived at 6:30am and get in like at 7:15 am. By 9:19am we were OUT and with our visa approved. It was so easy. I will write soon a review about today. Meanwhile i will spend some time celebrating with my fiance! WE ARE SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!     Good luck to everybody! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	denied visa now trying to appeal	we aren't related in anyway possible if a DNA is what they want that is what they will get and right now to start another process and wait another extra 8 months to a year just because the CO believed that we are related is ridiculous he never asked for any proof once or ever just the pictures we answered the questions the same  Hi @cabrera7186 that's what happen to us, we when to the interview and it was a black lady in window #20 and she interview us and she have a kind of aggressive maner asking question to my boysfriend back and forward up and down after 15 minutes she say have sit she will call us again ,then they interview us separate after that she call us again and Hand out a white piece of paper saying that the visa been refuse under section 221g and that the case will be send it back to uscis for reaffirm we been waiting since march and til now I receive and email saying that they have the case ,because we are planning to get married next month and apply for i130 but now I don't know what to do	Melanie04	Not Telling	Dominican Republic	2014-08-29 23:15:00
