I said no, I got this other email instead. And she said that we were apporved 08/12/08 and that our case was at the NVC. (YAAYYYYY!!!!!!) She then explained that there had been a computer glitch in which the approval notices had neither been mailed nor emailed. So I do not know what to tell you all. I understand your frustration about this process, but try to keep your self busy as much as you can! That’s what I try to do! Of course you will have up and downs true this journey, but try to think positive when those days will come along! My attorney is done with everything else that we are going to need for the interview, putting together Jonathan’s documents and etc… The passport pictures I am going to get them when I have my appointment at the embassy and the police record only takes 3 days to get it!!! So now the only thing I need is my NOA2!! We started this K1 visa process last year in August, but the attorney dint do her job correctly!
