Well what happened was that we hired this lawyer to take care of our documents back in October we paid them and it took them 2 months to put the documents together! When the USCIS finally got our documents in December, January we received a e-mail saying that our case got cancelled because of insufficient founds! The check got bounced… they never paid the USCIS! Even thought they received a payment of 1700 dollars from me and my fiancé ! I tried to call them send e-mails and they never got back to me or john!
