They have a person in the office who deals specifically with immigration. They forwarded my call to him. He asked me to fill out the release they have posted online. So I printed it out and faxed it back. I just told them my receipt numbers and they took it from there. They know you are looking for status. So I bugged him 3 or 4 more times. He even has someone at the VSC watching the status of my petitions because I have been a thorn in his side. ( one of my best qualities, hee hee ) So when he gets a response he just forwards the e-mail to me. I can see the one line request from him and the reply from them. Apparently the VSC has to reply to the Congressional folks within 48 hours. Maybe in the back of my mind I was hoping if they pulled my file enough times for a status report, maybe they would just process the darn things so they wouldn't have to hear from me again.... But you see how well that worked... I have to leave work today at 1pm to be at the court house by 2pm. Its totally informal. I'm not worried . ( although I would rather not spend my time with my ex) I'm just mad because I am losing time at work. NO WORK- NO PAY.... Edited by esposadetucho, 24 February 2009 - 07:44 AM. WOW OK, I think it is funny how Aunt Flo came to visit so many of us this week. TOOO FREAKIN' FUNNY. 24 is my lucky number PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Today I have a court hearing with my Ex-Monster. My husband hasn't been able to eat much for the last few days because of his tooth issue. I asked him today what he has eaten and he told me nothing much because he can't really chew... So I said, use the debit card and stop at the Mega Super on your way home and pick up some yogurt and other things you can eat. And pick up a phone card. He says Ok baby, good Idea. I told him not to spend too much because I get paid on Thursday. He says no probllem. Now, usually he spends $30 . At most $50. I just got the debit confirmation. He spent $81.00. I had to laugh.... I don't care about the money ... All I think about is him carrying 80 bucks worth of Groceries straight up a mountain side on a dirt road on a motorcycle. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
