I dont think it was transferred coz theres nowhere in that sentence that says it was transferred. Best way to know is by calling uscis. Ask for a tier 2 or a supervisor. . No , I was transferred on jan 7th to CSC and on jan 22 I get approved but now when I check my status it's say your address changed but my address not Chang ? I have a question about police certificate and military certificate , I have 2 citizen Jordanian and palestainian , I have a Jordanian passport but I never stay in Jordan for more than 1 month . I live in Palestine (West Bank ) and I know I have to bring Israeli and palestainian police certificate .. But I don't sure if I have to bring a Jordanian police and military certificate ??? Most likely they've shipped or are preparing to ship your case to NVC, and those movements triggered a change in status. It doesn't mean your case is actually back in initial review. Call USCIS on Monday to ask them if your petition has physically left the building yet. . Thank you bro .. I talk to my lawyer , he was changed his address after we get the approve and now everything is ok , my case moved to NVC .. Yes don't be sad....it's a happy sign that they are looking at your profile.  When we received our RFE it was just a simple letter saying we would agree to marry within 90 days.  After this was sent and received it was just a week!!  Mind you I was in the US at the time.  They do get onto it right away (from our experience). Africa: Sub-Saharan	K1 visa interview	Hi I'm wandering if anyone out there has dealt with the U.S. Embassy in Ghana? My husband had an interview there on February 13,2013. They told him they needed further evidence of our relationship, gave a list of documents that could be used as evidence and rescheduled him to come back on March 18,2013. Well when he went for interview, the lady was very rude. He answered all her questions and the lady flat out told him he was a lie because he told her I like to watch Nigerian movies when asked that question. Said how is it possible for me to watch 9ja movies when I'm in the states. (Has she never heard of this thing called YouTube? ) Anyway, she drilled him some more then told him he needs to come back May 16,2013 without giving him a reason or looking at the documents he brought! I am so frustrated and so is my husband. It's been a year since we've seen each other. At this point we are making arrangements for me to come there. Does anyone have any advice for us? What would have happened if had saw process through is this : Your file would be sent back to USCIS for review. The USCIS would then have 120 days to review the file and either standby their initial decision to appove, ask for more proof or deny. You choosing to start over is the worst you could've done! There's a chance you can go through process all over again and still be issued a 221g at interview stage. I wish you had asked for advice before taking such drastic measures. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa	Hi Unfortunately contrary to what NLR stated earlier, providing more evidence probably wouldn't have helped! I have the same situation! My husband is Nigerian but we got married in Ghana. I have found numerous people on this site who got married to Nigerian, Ghanaian, Malaysian have been denied for 221g. We submitted fedex, western union receipts chat history, call logs affidavits from people stating our marriage is real and they still denied my husband. Our file was sent back to USCIS for review and we were told they have 120 days to do so! October 11th will make day 90 .I haven't seen my husband since March 20th 2012! I understand how you feel!
