K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Proof of Ongoing Relationship	Mine didn't offer call logs online but I called the customer service number on the back and told them what I needed and they said they could provide a list of numbers called with that card for a fee it was 15.00 for that service. I didn't include it I just made coppies of the cards and made a statement saying what and who I used them for. No just copies of the cards, however I did have text messages that I printed and of course many emails. Yes, I did file a Criminal Affidavit with my Petition. Another Notarized copy went to my Fiancée to take with her to the Embassy. I followed all their requirements. All i needed to submit at the time was my I-129F with the evidence. It never said anything about a criminal affidavit. Plus my petition was filed before this law so it shouldnt even affect me! but still they cancelled our interview =( IMBR has created a 'gray' area that will affect those currently in the process. http://www.visajourn...ndpost&p=196446 criminal affidavit I think means 'police report' - but for UK you dont send that - you TAKE it with you to the Emabssy at interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I'm so sorry!	I’m so sorry for all of you that have had to endure additional time and stress because you were not allowed to hear how I handled my petition. Today I received my NOA2, my Petition was approved. I filed in May, with the old form, and I never received an IMBRA related RFE. I did include in my Petition extra documentation, and I wrote on this forum what I did, and why. However, it seems others do not want to hear something that is “different” from their own narrow way of thinking, and saw fit to delete everything I wrote. Once, again, I do feel for you, but as for me and my family, we are going to celebrate, as we are approved and are now only waiting on Moscow! I wish I could say thank you to this forum, but I can’t, it has not been helpful.
