My case is at field office frst it wa at nbc aftr tht thy moved it to field office n it took 11 mnths since the noa-1 All the best for u r case dear u will also get gud news vry soon before x'mas just pray HAVE YOU GOT APPROVAL NOTICE HARD COPY ????   now you have to get NOA2 and then they will ask AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND ALL DOCUMENTS  No i just got an email thy send me hatd copy of it so i will get it in 1-2 days . IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I-130 approval delayed due to K-3 petition?	i filed for i-130 in the last February,2013 and after one week we filed I-129F fork-3 visa after 10 mnths of waiting we got approval on 16th Decrmber for i-130 and afte 3 days we got approved for I-129F  so i can say it can delay ur case bec of the k-3 petition. (may be 1-2 mnths in comparision with i-130) In  my case my both files r consolidated at the field office n the file was thr since the 5 mnths from the petition date n stuck thr all the best to u	shivam23	Male	India	2014-02-22 23:44:00

Did you get text r update from USCIS that they shipped it to NVC and did NVC confirm that they have it with them. Then its not misplaced. They are just lazy to upload it in the system. At this point, you cant do anything but just wait.   i called USCIS, they  said that thy cant help to tell me where is my petition. so i ask for tier-2 super wiser after the freaking 2 hrs delay he told me he cant help i called on the wrong number. i have to call NVC abt my case !!! wht the heck nw wht to do??? i am in tension abt my case. one side NVC said we dnt have ur case and thy answer my email n other side USCIS dnt want to help me	shivam23	Male	India	2014-02-13 00:35:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	i-864 & co-sponsors	hello to all, i am the intending immigrant and my wife is the primary sponsor Her current and last 3 years income does not match with the poverty guidelines.so, we used her father as a joint sponsor (who signed I-864) now turned in to deep, her mother and father filling their tax returns jointly and their son is dependent on him. in addition, my wife's father became an additional sponsor (signed i-864) 4 years before for some relatives (number:3) and now they all r LPR. originally primary sponsor was grandfather at that time.   my question is, if we using my wife's father as a joint sponsor bt the house hold size goes to 7  > him >his wife >son >3 family member who were sponsored earlier >ME   her father current and past income would not match with the poverty guidelines for 7 household members ($44,512). we r planing to use their house as a assets. house is owned by him and the recent net value is about $1,35,000 but  they r paying every month installments to bank for the house.
