Yes I've seen them, I was going to ask if it was a time machine.. but I didn't want to make wild assumptions!! The Delorean is the model of car they used in the films for the time machine. That's gotta be a new record lol! *coughs* I think we have your record well beaten. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2012 Filers	I still have not received my hardcopy. I wonder if there is something delaying this in general. Nothing strange about my address or location. I received the email on 5/22. The good news is that my company sent me on a business trip this week to Seattle, at the end of the week I get to sneak across the border for a couple days with my guy! Cannot wait! Nothing like having the company cover the cost of airfare! There's a notice on the USCIS site saying that a recent influx of I-129 forms have delayed hardcopy responses a bit. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	New Application, with thanks to VJ	My fiancee and I became engaged last month, before her return to Portugal; tomorrow morning, May 7, I'll be mailing the application to the USCIS as soon as the Post Office opens. If it hadn't been for us finding this site, we would've had a lot more trouble figuring out what we needed to have, how to assemble it, and everything else. I'll admit I'm feeling nervous with the process now going into hands not my own, but hopefully she'll be home for good before 2013. So - thank you to everyone who helpfully set up an example form on the site here, and everyone who already asked the questions we ourselves had! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F Case Status Confusion	Common issue lately, generally people get some type of notice in the mail within a few weeks of that status change or find out that it was an " error " by calling USCIS. The online case status checking system is not great for accurateness and cant really be trusted. Aha. Thank you. My fiance sent them an email last week about our case and still nothing. Despite the wiki's claims, it seems like calling them is the best bet for a quick response. To those that seem to think the 90 days is a trial period, what did that letter mean you both wrote and signed saying you intended to marry? Do you often sign things you don't believe are true? This, so very much. If you go through all these hoops and procedures, could you at least have the decency to be sure about it before you start it, or at least before you finish it off? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2012 Filers	Pretty please do a POE review? We are going through Boston on April 16th. Tierce here. I still have to do reviews for both the embassy and POE, but the POE was simple and easy. I didn't have to go through the second room, just had my visa file run through and stamped by one of the officers at the main area. He asked where I was headed, told me I had 90 days to get married, took the usual fingerprints and photo, and sent me on my way. Very smooth, took about 5-10 minutes--there was a family of four visiting through ESTA (visa waiver) ahead of me, and they took longer than I did. After all that worry, it almost felt anticlimactic!
