I did leave my # and they call me back after about 50 min. At first the guy told me my file is at NBC, but after he check it carefully, he told me that my file was send to the Local Field Office in February 11, 2013. So, I think it's at Newark, NJ. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Newark Transfer	Hello Vjs, I just want to let you guys know that the people at the USCIS, and the local offices, sometimes give you the information that are not the same. I went to Newark last week and the Lady told me they are in the process of sending my file to Mount Laurel. So, yesterday I went to Mount Laurel and the Lady over there told me my file will be there, not there yet, but will be there. I asked when, she does not knows, but it will be there. So, I called USCIS this morning and the Lady told me my file was send from NBC to Newark on Feb. 11, 2013. and from Newark, they sent my file to Mount Laurel on April 22, 2013. How come the Lady at USCIS know exactly the date that my file was send to Newark, and from Newark to Mount Laurel, but the people at Mount Laurel said my file is not there yet? Yesterday I went to Mount Laurel and another Lady told me that my file is coming  there ( not there yet, but will be there in Mount Laurel).
