On oe hand, at least now I know something is happening, on the other... weren't wait times for California astronomical to begin with? ok u both from UK, are they only transfering Nebraska to Cali the UK petitioners? There´s an exam you take and if you pass you receive the title and have your name registered as a sworn translator, and receive a card with your sworn translator number. Sworn Translator exames go by state and you can go into the comercial board of each state to get a list of sworn translators and contact information for that state. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Interview successful in Sydney	Well I want to say a big thankyou to everyone on VJ, and a very big thankyou to Aussiewench, (Lorelle), for all your valuable input and information which has culminated in me getting my K1 visa in Sydney today. I was fortunate enough to meet Lorelle herself, and (hope you don't mind Lorelle), she was also successful getting her visa today. Of course the process is not over and I will be using the VJ site for a while longer yet. However if I can be of any assistance to others Ill be glad to help. Should I put "none" or "unemployed" from the time she was born to the present. Has anyone heard of this being a problem? K1 is a fiancee visa. She's not trying to get a work visa. You can get married in July and then apply for a K3 visa, start all over again, which means you'll be apart for a long long time, or wait to get married once she enters the US with the K1 visa, so you can be together sooner. I think it's probably best at this time for those of us former NSC-ers to keep our timelines as is... if not just for the sake of tracking who used to be there. Anyway, I don't believe those who filed at TSC and then were automatically transfered to CSC changed their timeline info. We all filed with Nebraska, regardless of where we've been sent to now, so we may as well keep that info as is. Naturally, this is everyone's own choice. Just my thoughts here. I agree with you.
