K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How do i track?	I'm really new at this too but my advice is don't hold your breath everyday looking for your NOA1. I sent my packet in certified mail and it was received on the 9th and I haven't received my notification yet. Finally....today...the check cleared my bank account so I know they at least opened up my package and did something (extracted my check)! I am looking for my NOA1 so I can track the progress (or lack thereof) of my application. Mine was sent to California...maybe Nebraska is more efficient so you'll hear sooner. Can someone tell me what date I should put in my timeline for the NOA1....the received date or notice date? What does the notice date mean? Is anything happening to those of us that filed after the IMBRA date? Everyday I hope for something in the mail or that they cashed my check....but nothing so far. I mailed my application on the exact same day you did (May 4th) to the Laguna Niguel office via certified USPS. They received it on the 9th. The check has not cleared my bank and I haven't received anything in the mail....yet. I was getting a bit anxious...so although I'm disappointed its taking so long (since I've read lots of other timelines where it's less than a week), I feel better that I'm not alone. Hopefully, both of ours will show up tomorrow! Oh...I just noticed you received yours on the 15th? I'm a bit confused. It's nice to have the registration number so you can go online and check to see if anything is happening....which is nothing in my case. Can someone tell me if it says "touched" when that happens? This is all that mine says so far... Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: Your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was received on May 22, 2006. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 90 and 120 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. I just filed mine with the CSC very recently so it might give some insight to you. It took 12 working days from delivery to when I received my NOA1 in the mail...which would make yours June 6th if I counted the days correctly. See my sig below for the dates. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question on I-129 supplement (RFE)	hi loon, i too was happy when i received my IMBRA RFE yesterday! let's get this process moooooooving. i checked the "no" box on question #1 and left the boxes completely empty on questions 2 & 3. i then filled out the information at the bottom of the question sheet and sent it back in along with the blue notice sheet. that's all i sent back in...the blue notice sheet and the white question sheet filled out as above. best of luck to all. i'm curious how long it will take now before NOA2s start coming out. :-)	pee gee	Male	Malaysia	2006-06-29 16:37:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Touch History	I don't check my USCIS account every day....some days I don't have access to the internet and other days I just don't bother to check. In reading some other postings, I noticed that some people were touched twice - on both 3 July and 4 July so I checked mine today and sure enough, my "Last Updated" date had changed to 07/04/2006. Is there any way to find out if I was touched on the 3rd as well? Not that it really matters to my case but I would just like to know. I'm wondering if I was touched on the 3rd and just don't know about it. Is there any way of seeing the "touch history" on the USCIS website? I didn't print out what it said on my earlier touch (my initial one) so now I don't know exactly what it said. Should I print out the page when it says I've been touched so I don't lose it when the next touch comes? Is there any way of saving it on the USCIS website? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	worried!	CSC is processing FEB 15 receipt date now. They should be updating that soon. Your receipt date is May 1. That puts you about some days away from the processing starting on your case. I have a June receipt date! You can only wait. Like most of us posting here, I wish we had been processed by the Vermont Service Center! I think you should have received it by now since you, like me, didn't submit the IMBRA compliant 129F. My NOA1 is after yours and I received my IMBRA RFE over a week ago as others have. I haven't called in to check on anything because I figure I'm in the "wait" mode since there are many people ahead of me, but if I were you, I would check to see where my IMBRA RFE is. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	anyone got RFE from CSC ????	What do we have to send to CSC? Criminal Background Ckecks or National Criminal records and the form? You send back the RFE form that they sent to you - nothing more. As I understand it (but I ain't no expert), the RFE form that you send back includes the blue notice form and the white question form. The other paper that was included in the RFE is information only with no place for input of any information at all. The blue Notice of Action form has all your pertinent information and says in bold caps to return this notice on TOP of the requested information listed on the attached sheet....so I plan on returning just the blue form and the question sheet with a "no" on question 1, questions 2&3 blank and my signature and other requested personal information at the bottom. Since my NOA1 is rather recent...it will probably just go to the bottom of the heap....but as least I'm glad something happened. :-) My guess is that since it's only original CSC filers that have received the form in the mail and appears to have no relation to the NOA1 date (take mine for example), that they did a mass computer printout and mailing to everyone that needed this RFE and they were all mailed out yesterday. Since I live in Southern California, I received mine quickly. It will take the mail a bit longer to get to those that filed in Nebraska or Texas. It worked several months ago when I first looked at it and yes, it was a very long article and most of it didn't pertain to what I was looking for. I really don't remember anything from the article....sorry. Malaysia was listed....I assume because it's a Muslim country. I'm not far enough along in my journey to see if it might affect us. I imagine they were asking a lot of questions at immigration during that time and she showed them an attitude which they returned.
