i am so sorry to hear that. someone told sheryl that they can get the ticket for 60000 pesos but i did not trust them , i paid less than $800 via phone with continental airline and it is legit ticket, i pray for u that u get ur money back. that is lot of money in philippines, i wish u all the luck.

i really doubt if u have to worry about anything as long as ur visa is correct then u have nothing to worry too much about the petitioner's name. usa immigration will be more concern about u than ur petitioner, if u can change it then do it but in my opinion it will not affect anything, good luck. abby n sheryl

hey yes i submitted all originals with the ds230 to nvc, and also make sure to have a cover sheet of the ds230 on the front of the form and send them a copies of all the things u r sending with ds230 so they can send the originals to manila and keep the copies in nvc. good luck. abby n sheryl

i was there and there were 30 others with me and no one had to show anything but the passport only, i took my ex wife death cert, bc and other papers but they only make me oath and pay the money and that was it , good luck abby n sheryl

hey i sent orignals of birth cert, marriage cert, police clearance, nbi and cenmar to nvc and i gave only copies to my wife for interview, plus she had all the emails, pics and xoom records with her, on the top of it all those papers i sent to uscis and nvc she had all those copies, take with u whatever u have bcz u never know what the co ask u for, good luck in interview, abby n sheryl
