My wife sheryl bought a SMART PINOY SIM CARD on ebay and the card is working perfect.
Can anyone please help me and tell me how she can reload and pay online with charge card, she has her philippines phone number issue by smart. thank u so much, any input will be appreciated, abby n sheryl

Got there around 4:30am
Got in: 6am
Got my number: 6:05am (they ask for my DS forms/ 2 copies of DS 156, 1 DS 156K, 2 DS 157 and gave my number (7001)
Window 16- Finger Scanning
Window 14- Pre screener ( ask for my CENOMAR, NSO, NBI then form I-134, 1040 and ITR, then PICTURES as in only pictures)
And asked about:
1. What's your name?
2. When did you meet?
3. Did you travel abroad
4. When is the last time you see him in person?
....... thats all. then wait again til my number will be flashed on the tab.
Window 28: Consular Officer
1. Whats you name?
2. Your birthdate?
3. Relationship with your petitioner?
4. How did you meet?
5. Tell me about your love story?
6. Married before?
7. How many times your fiance got married?
8. When was that latest divorce?
9. When are you planning to get married?
10. OKAY your visa is approved! Welcome to the United States of America.
. . . and thats it have to wait to window 37 for my PINK SLIP, yay! Thank you Lord.
Then proceed to AIR 21 booth.

I'm very happy to share my medical experience with everyone. My first day was very smooth. I arrived at St. Lukes at around 11:40ish AM and I was out of St. Lukes at around 3:11 PM. yay! good 3 hours. I was asked to go back the next day (today) for my vaccinations.

TIPS.
? I would suggest to those who will have their medical soon to go at St Lukes after lunch since people aren't much crowded. Though the guard will give you the flowchart of the medical exam, it was not followed in my case since St. Lukes people reshuffles the patients to go to a different department to lessen the waiting time.

?Never wear earrings on your 2x2 pics they will ask you to submit a picture with no earrings at the releasing counter on your 2nd day. ( I think I missed this info so I was wearing earrings. wacko.gif )

?avoid the fixers outside St. Lukes.

And on my 2nd day, I arrived at like 12:45 PM. The guard typed my PDS (patient data sheet) number at the computer to check if I am indeed for immunization and he stamped my receipt "for immunization" 2nd floor.

There, I gave my receipt of the medical fee at the immunization counter. I waited for like 2.5 hours just be called and have the vaccines. Namely, MMR, Tdap, and Anti-Cervical Cancer.
Be very attentive, because you will be called via intercom speaker not the one who is calling names on the counter.
After I got my vaccines, Hey it was 3 shots! ( I was really teary when I went out of immunization room because I'm seriously afraid of needles.. laughing.gif ) I was instructed to go at the ground floor and wait for my name to be called again.. After 30 minutes, I was called and proceeded to counter A, I signed some medical papers. Then I went back to my seat and I again waited for my name to be called for releasing. At the releasing, they gave me the Xray CD. The lady told me that they will just forward my medical results to the USEM.

I walked home around 4:30ish PM with a big smile in my heart. Thank you Lord! I passed the tedious medical.

TIPS
?Take breakfast or lunch before you proceed on your immunization since you will really wait for a long time before you get called.

?Bring jacket. It became so cold just seating for a couple of hours.


?Be attentive esp when you are at the releasing section . The mic was very muffled I hardly understand my name, and if your name got called and you missed it, they will put your papers aside and you have to follow it up dreadfully. One of my seatmates who were way ahead of my timetable missed the call and she was waiting and waiting for her name to be called and yet, I finished first before her.

So yeah, these are the info I can share to you. My arms are still painful from the 3 shots I received. crying.gif

Those are the 3 standard slips used..
Pink means visa approved...
Blue, means they need something... time more docs. anything...
White means Denied
Green is sometimes used in place of blue...

Thats not to say they wont use a different color if they run short at some time...

Suggestions!
Prepare all your docs in a 3 clear books and put index stubs too

First clear book Title is "IDENTIFICATION PAPERS" includes
a.)NSO Birth Certificate,
b.)CENOMAR,
c.)NBI CLEARANCE,
d.)POLICE CLEARANCE,
e.)TERMINATION OF PRIOR MARRIAGE) if Applicable to you and to your fiance

Second clear book Title is "AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT" includes
a.)Form I-134
b.)your Fiance's Employment Letter
c.)at least 3 years Tax Return w/ W2 copies
d.)Fiance's recent pay stubs - copies

Third clear book Title is " EVIDENCE OF GENUINE ENGAGEMENT" inludes
a.) Renewed Letter of intent to marry
b.) includes all the evidence or proof of continuos relationship (engagement ring receipt,chat logs,email, snail mail, cards, money remittance receipt, and put all the evidence of your prior meetings

if you do this you will feel confident in your interview even the interviewer they will give you it happened to me before and it will happen to you too! Just pray and feel confident and dont feel nervous! and you will be fine.....

thank u for sharing and i remember very vividly when on the may, 10th, 1995 rained in metairie, louisiana and i witness the 21 inches rain in only 4 hours, i never forget that, it was so much water on the street and in my house that i had to put two sofa on the top of each other to survive in my house with my two dogs, i feel so sorry for the people in manila, god bless them, abby n sheryl

hey last time i bought the ticket for my wife about a month ago was direct from continental airline. i called the 800 number and they gave me really good price on the one way ticket to houston from manila for $850.00, the ticket is also refundable plus no charge if u change ur flight for some reason. try calling continental and ask them for the price. good luck. abby n sheryl
