i took my joint tax return and irs did not accept that bcz she was in philippines so she could not sign on the dotted line, so i filed single and then amend it alter when she got her ssn, they did not accept the w7 without her signature either, good luck abby n sheryl

yes it means u r done with nvc and no more paper work needed by nvc
just wait for the case closed email from nvc in 48 hours
then interivew date email follow after sometime

hey i called NVC and they gave me the interview date after 24 hours of case close, but i had CR1 visa
i dont know much about K3 visa, but it will not hurt if u call on monday to NVC and ask them about ur case.

hey i am on the same boat with u and i was so worry but people here are so helpfull and i did all my self.
first u do DS-3032 via email to NYC and u can get how to write and where to mail on this site in guide.
it is very easy and call the NYC and if they have ur case number then u just pay the fee on line bcz online is fool proof and faster.

i made a mistake to pay $1000.oo to an attorney to do my I-130, and my attorney made a mistake on her name and now i have to correct it.

hey u dont need to waste the money on attorney. just goto www.irs.gov and u can set up ur payment plan or u can just visit the local irs office to do the same thing. CO will never ask u about the money u owe in back taxes. as long as u make over the poverty line and thats all is the matter in visa process. good luck. abby n sheryl
