IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2013	at this point i feel somewhat embarased to be asking another question...but ... we got the AOS fee email and the email containing the DS3032 on Thursday 06.13 , and the AOS invoice shows up on the portal.We'll pay it on monday. But here's the rub :   i resent the DS3032 email with supervisor review like 10 hours before we got invoiced and we got the reply to it just 2 hours before AOS mail . The reply was generic :  " This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition." It does not say anything about accepting the choice of agent .    So my question is : is the IV bill going to get invoiced regardless in the next few days or do we have to pay the AOS first  or what ? If i call on Monday will they be able to tell me wether the ds3032 got accepted or there's a need to resend it?  see below this the sample letter from NVC that I recieved from email when they approved my choice of Agent. And got invoice after 2 days. I think just wait until next week for your IV invoiced as you read the thread once choice of agent is approved they will likely invoice you too?? My wife emailed them the choice of agent and its been more than a week and still not response. How do i know its been accepted. . I think send supervisory review. I send twice on the 7th day that I send my form 3032. The next day I got email from NVC that they accepted my choice of agent,Theres nothing wrong to try for 2nd sending of document. If you want to pay i think you can pay again. though if you thought the first payment went thru. cancel that payment so you can return back that payment back to your account. by informing your bank. then you can pay second if you want too. online payment is the fastest way as darnel and saylin informing to vj member in this thread. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2013	Me too, I remember seeing that thread too, which is why when I had made the payment I quadruple checked if the account number and routing number where correct and they were, and I called my bank and they said that nothing was pending on their side. I called NVC and the lady told me to wait 3-5 business days to see if anything was deducted from my bank account. This sucks!!! Ughh!! Idk what to do?? The weird thing is that when I was submitting the the payment, the website had signed me out and it happened out of no where, so I'm not sure if it went through but when I had signed back in I was able to print receipt and coversheet, sooo idk what to do!! re check on the bank how much it was deducted. Has this ever happen to anybody? What should I do? Should I pay it again? . We need to used now the new form we cant send in partial now submmiting now requiring us to used the new form of affidavit of support. Saylin I had question My fathers husbands submmited a I-864A. unfortunately my husbands mistake he never add his income to his income in the affidavit of support. And we not add him the number of household mean the person I-864 A must be included in the household. In his father recent tax his father household size is only 2. I check the CEAC status stated there is a update today September 19,2013 but when I read the information stated is visa status is undergoing necesarry administrative processing can take several weeks . My nbi clearance was dated january 2013 and be expiring in january 2014 as per embassy I need a new nbi clearance before they approve my visa. The consul never ask me to have another interview. He get me sign on ds230 part 2. and finger prints this the box information I recieved on refusal worksheet. This office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue visa to you because you have been found ineligible to recieved visa under the following section s of the immigration and nationality AcT. The information contained in the paragraphs marked with x pertain to your visa application. Pleade disregard the unmarked paragraphs. x section 221(g) which prohibits of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto. the following remarks apply to your case. Need updated NBI clearance. and the consul did not give me approval or denied remarks. but I need to send my nbi clearance and passport at the courrier Office once. If so, this sounds like they processed it and, as the status says, printed the visa. You should be receiving it any day now then.  yeah I send a new nbi clearance last week . And this is the status I got. thank you just going to wait my passport with the visa   It doesn't matter if you print the bar-coded cover sheet as soon as you pay it or once it says "PAID".
