I started working 2011 middle of the year or less so I just earned about 9k, in 2012 I got 29k. For the I-864 I didnt explain why I earn 0 dollars back in 2010 will they ask for a co-sponsor or will I get a checklist I been thinking of this the whole weekend and been worry... Ask the date because as I remember when my first AoS was in the system and the operator inform me that they will still waiting for some information and documents. I called to check if this is the case but the person on the line told me she does not have information about incoming mail and I should check back in 20 days to see if my case has been processed. Should I just call back in 20 days or call again tomorrow? . They dont review give it a week before you call again. Its not like when we are waiting case number. If they combine they have to include each other on the household counts as well (3 people instead of 2). IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - July 2013	Yesterday I posted that my Checklisted affidavit of support was ok and no RFE. and Im missing of Singapore Police Clearance. The Police Clearance was sent last June 27. As the operator informs me need 20 bussiness days. to reviewed it. I just recieved a mail a checklist about the Police Clearance. now is the 7th working days that NVC recieved the Police Clearance. I just want to know it is a false checklist? I got a email checklisy on the singapore Police clearance i got checklisted. They mail checklist letter June 3, The police Clearance was just mail June 27, It tooks 21 days because I was delayed. due for Singapore Police need 15 working days for the processing of Police clearance. In other words, does NVC review cases during weekends? because I call twice a week now because the way They reviewed my first AOs. i got my checklist there June 14 and the IV packet checklist got it on June 3. Currently, those receiving dates over the next 10 days or so are all for August interview dates. This information is completely subject to your country which is currently not filled in. Let's hope INSTEAD that maybe you get case complete w/in the next week and you can get a date this month! That would be much cooler. =] my country is Philippines but the embassy Is Singapore. I got tired of re-checking them. Hoping for Monday delivery, and then it's a waiting game again.   I feel a bit embarrassed asking this at this point, and should probably be checking the guides again, but once packets are delivered what are the questions to ask to know someone opened the packages and started working on them, and when to ask?   . IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2013	at this point i feel somewhat embarased to be asking another question...but ... we got the AOS fee email and the email containing the DS3032 on Thursday 06.13 , and the AOS invoice shows up on the portal.We'll pay it on monday. But here's the rub :   i resent the DS3032 email with supervisor review like 10 hours before we got invoiced and we got the reply to it just 2 hours before AOS mail . The reply was generic :  " This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition." It does not say anything about accepting the choice of agent .    So my question is : is the IV bill going to get invoiced regardless in the next few days or do we have to pay the AOS first  or what ? If i call on Monday will they be able to tell me wether the ds3032 got accepted or there's a need to resend it?  see below this the sample letter from NVC that I recieved from email when they approved my choice of Agent. And got invoice after 2 days. I think just wait until next week for your IV invoiced as you read the thread once choice of agent is approved they will likely invoice you too??
