Visa interviews are conducted in the morning by a consular officer after documents intake by the immigrant visa assistant. (Please note that attorneys are not permitted to be present during visa interviews.) After nvc case completed. If you knew your police clearance is six months old get a new one Embassy will not give you approval on the spot once is not updated. i know because I got delayed on that. How would I know they start reviewing it and We just send the Affidavit of Support yesterday approximately they will recieved today. How can I know that start reviewing. until when they can put it in the system. The operator I spoke too is a bit rude i already know her name. I expect to have a checklist on Police Clearance. i already call the Hospital for the medical. I requested the teir 2 and she said just because i want to speak to one does not mean she has to transfer me, how rediculous is that.  the same thing to happen to us they said wait 90 days. when nvc research had contacted them. thats the time they forward my approved case NVC exactly 84 days.	luisa1625	Female	0	2013-05-15 17:32:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2013	I am in the same boat with an approval of march 29, 2013 and still nothing, i also recieved the same email the other day and all this waiting is getting very frustrating. I called USCIS twice in the last few days and they refused to transfer me to tier two. What is their problem lately and what is so difficult about sending a file out. I cant understand how some files are sent fron CSC within a few days and others go untouched for weeks or months. I just contacted my congressmans office today and i hope i get some news fairly quickly. Please see this one maybe it will help you. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2013	Wow, it took them 15 business days just to say they don't have the file and now they'll start looking for it!  I think I can expect to receive that email any day now, as I emailed them on the 25th.  Did you try to involve your congressional liaison to help find your case? , Thats what happen to me last time.But NVC really checking it I did not contact congress or senator. this the date I send inquiry to NVC research Feb 19,2013 from that date April 16 I recieved email on USCIS that they send my approved notice April 22 I call NVC that they recieved the file. Have you gotten your choice of agent. If not I think you need to resend yours. I resend mine last week when I recieved an email that they cannot process the Choice of Agent due for wrong birthday I put on the body of my email. That same day last week Wednesday Eastern time and Thursday Singapore Time they email that they already approved the Choice of Agent. If it's the latter, then send an email to them with either a copy of the passport or birth certificate, and request that his information be corrected. Once it's corrected, re-send the DS-3032. . its my fault typographical error in my case. I will just send it back without the passport or birth certificate just put the correct date information. Uscis told it was lost and never give any information what happen on the file. Everytime we are calling even we spoke to Tier 2 they said they needed 90 days before they going to send it to NVC. we only did is wait. If My file was send early in NVC and might have my embassy interview this coming June. It is crazy.  Case approved on 03/12 and NVC received case on 04/29 and still no case number.    Why in the world does it take so long for NVC to create a case number? Cant they hire good bunch of people to do the job more efficiently.   This system is so inefficient and their reps. are full of miss-information.   My ranting is over. your still lucky to have your case just a month and half on your approval. mine it took 84 days to get NVC from January 29,2013 till may 2 2013 just to get a case number. They recieved my case Aprill 22 and from May. 2 barely 9 working days and 11 days include saturday and sunday. that will 97 days and still counting because as of the moment we are not invoice yet since i got my case number. so total of my waitint 106 days. just dont be fed up just hanging there everything will be finish soon in NvC processing. and thats matter most. after this we will be together with our love one.	luisa1625	Female	0	2013-05-09 11:52:00
