I followed the instruction in the website to renew my passport and i got back in less than a week. if you need to do any finger print or anything that required you presence, look for the mobile consulate that travel from time to time in between the Major US cities. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	embassy languages	Hello ... after reading your case i will just tell you something, that something very intreresting for us embassy they look if you can keep in touch with him ... do you speak his language if he doesn't speak english? if he juts know the basic of the language is okay he can do it ... he just need to listen to the lawyer carefully and don't hesitate to ask him to repeat question with polite way ... if he doesn't know english here in morocco they bring somone from embassy to translate ... i advice you to fill out the paper and send them to poland which it he will be able to find someone speak the same language like him in embassy ... once again passing interview doesn't need a HIGH english level but knowing english give you a lot of pionts in front if interviewer !!! I have friend now he lives in new jersey with his wife ... he was here in morocco and he made the K3 spouse visa dn he got in 6 months but in normal it took from you at least one year and few month to get it ... so i don't understand why the immigration service will not like the new jersey ... it depend on the immigration service center not the state ... in all ways the process is taking the same period in average 6 months it could be less or more it depend the case !!! Hi everyone, we have a new picture me and my fiancee with a degital camera so we have date; in first visit when she came we have pictures with out date, so what i have to do? is it okay if we sent them to the immigration center with out writing something, also in the interview should i wrote the place and date behind each picture that doesn't has date, is there anyone can give me an example of what i have to put for the interview, how many of pictures ... Be warned! You are coming through a consulate that is moderately difficult to begin with, because of the high number of fraud cases that originate there. This is not going to be an easy trip with the best and most genuine of relationships. I am not going to give you relationship advice. Only you know if your relationship is actually genuine, and no one here knows the whole picture. I will say this - if all you have is one visit, a ring, and a few e-mails, you are going to be hard-pressed to convince an interviewing officer at a high-fraud consulate that the relationship is genuine. If you're having trouble with the folks here on VJ questioning the veracity of your relationship, just sit back and imagine what it's going to be like to be questioned by someone who is trained to ferret out scammers *and* who is labouring under the assumption that you are a fraud until you prove yourself otherwise? Hello, as far as your question i had friends going on the same process, they all went to the doctor approved by consulate, cause if you make the medical exam at another doctor who is not approved by the consulate that will make you have a such problems so i advice you to search and find out who are the doctors are approved by the consulate and do it before you getting your first package in waiting for the interview.
