Middle East and North Africa	4TH OF JULY	My brother & I are having a HUGE BBQ & then we're going to blow things up! We always will go 1/2 on a big package of fireworks, but it never fails, as soon as we run out.....my brother runs off to get more! Last year there were people that actually stayed at home to see all the fireworks my brother shoots off! It's quite the show. We're bringing a Moroccan family with us....this is their first 4th here and she is due to have a baby any day now. Her doctor told her Wednesday she'd have the baby by Saturday. Middle East and North Africa	Tuesday	Yea!!!!! Only a few more days (11) till we leave for vacation! I seriously need a break! I'm in the clinic by myself this week....fun times! Yesterday was freaking nuts, but today it's much calmer thank goodness. I got to be with my friend from Morocco over the weekend when she had her baby. I really felt honored that she wanted me there with her. This was her first experiance with an epi-dural and she loved it! LOL! Her husband called his family later that day and was telling everyone how clean the hospitals are here. Made me wonder what the hospitals in Morocco looks like. My husband has decided to give up on the transit visa and come home soon. They told him today they need some sort of certificate that he was a resident in France and returned to Egypt from Europe. Kinda silly considering the US gov. never asked for that, his passport was actually issued in France and has the stamps in it, and he now has his greencard and absolutely no reason to stay in Europe besides helping out his brother Anywho, that certificate takes about 2 weeks to get and then he would have to make another appointment at the embassy (another 2 weeks) and then they would hold his passport for a week or two before giving him the transit visa Soooooo not worth it. He has now told his brother he's going to have to deal with the consequences of using my husbands name for everything in Europe and come home. He'll probably end up back in Egypt soon. So... my habibi is coming home soon he has to deal with a few things this week, but he should have his ticket changed by next week I bet you're soooo happy!!! Only 4 more days till vacation!!!! I go to the doctor this morning to see about these kidney stones. I must've passed them yesterday because for the first time in a week I feel pretty good. I snagged the report from the ER visit and it says I have stones in my left and right kidney (stones in the kidneys are normal....it's when they break loose it's not) stones in the left ureter and possibly one lodged in the right. I have been feeling a lot better so maybe I passed a few. I go back to the doctor after the test Friday to see what the plan is. She also mentioned a possible appendicites, but I really don't think that's it. I've been having these pains off and on since January and none of the bloodwork I've had has shown an infection.
