Yes; it was their fault and it must be very frustrating for you, but even so they are still within the timeframe for responding to a RFE, which I believe is 60 days. I'm filling out the parts that I can for my dad's co-sponsor affidavit, but I don't know what to put for 'relationship'. In fact, I'm not even sure if I should put anything at all since my dad isn't the one who submitted the petition.
