How much time would we save compared to CR1? It's all so bloody confusing!!! And I also just read that it's the NVC cancels the K3, so that's still very much a possibility. CONFUSED.COM. We got a notice from USCIS today saying our I129f has been transferred and now being processed at a USCIS office! So it looks like it's still in play, even though our 130 has been approved! The 130 was approved and we still haven't heard what's happened to the K3. So we're well past the 5 months approval time for a k3. Our k3 has been transferred to TSC along with the 130. We would gladly go the k3 route, GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY! I have been fortunate enough to spend the last few weeks with my husband after what seemed to be years apart. I was hoping the next time I would be posting on this forum would be in regards to my approval, as both my I-130 and I-129F were transferred to CSC on January 7th (I received the consecutive alerts on the 8th then 9th). However, on January 15th, I received an alert that my alien registration number had been changed and I have yet to receive anything further. I know that this indicates an approval/RFE is near so I am becoming more and more concerned. Any thoughts on what the hold up could be? OMG, I hope this doesn't happen our case, alien number was changed yesterday! I'm praying it means approval!   Edited by Ryan H, 26 January 2014 - 12:18 PM. She recieved an email on September 28 that it had been received.  yesterday she received another email saying the I-129F has been approved.  On November 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. we received the confirmation in less than 2 months. That seems faster than normal. Maybe we are lucky. So what do we expect next and what all documents should we gather for the interview?     Now I don't begrudge this persons speedy approval but I sure as hell expect my husband's petition to be dealt with in the same way!!!!
