We only either chat on facebook or viber/tango calls? Not all by itself, no. You are required to have met each other within 2 years before you can apply for a K-1 visa. Have you done that? If so include things like pictures, proof of travel... passport stamps, receipts, etc. Do you use any other form of communication at all besides the two you mentioned? Have you sent anything by snail mail? I would assume you have something else other then just Facebook if you think about it. They will need proof of a bona-fide relationship. I was looking for a short cut by mailing to the local lockbox but it looks like the safest bet will be the Dallas center. There are no short cuts I guess. Correct! There is no shortcut in immigration - only careful handling on your part. Be very certain of what you tun in and turn it in as soon as requested and I am sure all will be good. My concern for you is these are the only addresses in the actual I-129F PDF Instructions. I understand you found other addresses online, but did you get a chance to read the full I-129F instructions yet? You will want to make sure you do as this will give you the list of everything required to send. Maybe I am just a bit "detail oriented", but I read my instructions like 10 times to make sure I had everything. If you have, then great! We rent a car and he was driving so I got a letter that we got a violation somehow and I guess it's a speeding ticket. Will that affect the whole visa process? It's Washington Seattle.,I think it's ok , it says on the website that it is legal if an authorized person performs the ceremony. I'm still kind of worrying though. Hm. " The person who performs the marriage ceremony (officiant) will retain this copy for their records. The Marriage License provides notice to the officiant that he/she is authorized to perform the marriage ceremony of the parties named on the license only between (and including) the dates specified on the license. The officiant can be any justice or judge of Washington State supreme court, court of appeals, courts of limited jurisdiction, or superior court commissioners, or any regularly licensed or ordained minister or priest of any church or religious denomination. Is this going to be a problem (valid)or should the wedding be performed by a judge or a priest? We are both not religious so we thought either a court house or a beautiful ceremony at his garden. Since they got a divorce I've been Germany-Greece, Went to college here then living in Greece for some time and worked there, was fired, decided to start something new in Germany since its my second country in my field of studies, then Greece again and then again here with a nice job.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 and HPV	I searched that because I'm concerned too. Since 2008 I thin HPV is NOT a reason for denial and the vaccination is not necessary. I'm 30 and I didn't make the vaccination. My German VJ friend told me when I asked her, that they don't test for HPV . Also the pill is not a reason for denial too.
