To get the semantics out of the way first, you did not apply for an I-130 and the I-130 is not an application, it is a petition and it was the petition you filed that was approved.   To answer your question, the petitioner will not be interviewed at this juncture nor is there a need for the petitioner's presence at the beneficiary's visa interview.   This wiki explains the NVC process in detail:  http://www.visajourn...php/NVC_Process   Plan on waiting a month before you receive a case number and be pleasantly surprised if you receive one before then.  While you waiting for a case number, gather the necessary documents that will need to be submitted to the NVC so they will be ready for submission when the appropriate bill shows that it has been paid. Also does it need to be the original and translated? The NVC said it could be a photo copy with no translation....but i dont feel comfortable with that answer   First of all, the NVC will require an original and a photocopy of the document.   Secondly, find out from the US Embassy in Tunis what document translation requirements are.  If the Embassy requires documents to be translated, then translations will need to be provided to the NVC.
