I was able to schedule my interview 19 days after my NOA2.   That aside, I'd go for Italy! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	SOS pls	You sound like you need to be talking to your Doctor, not posting on a web site.   It does sound like you have a number of complicated issues that need to be addressed.   You need professional help.     I agree with Boiler.  The OP is reporting anxiety, panic attacks and a physical manifestation of stress (hair loss - which is the part that is most concerning - being wound up is one thing, actually having your hair fall out because of it is another).     She should speak to her doctor about some counseling and potentially other treatments.  Missing your partner and dealing with paperwork should not have her reported side effects, and dealing with your issues early is better than getting worse.  It won't have a negative impact on her medical, since her doctor will be able to report that she's being treated and isn't a safety risk to herself or others (since that's the bit the medical-for-visa doctor will be interested in).      I completely agree, you are obviously handling this a little different than most, possibly due to other circumstances as well, but you only filed a short time ago, I understand that this is a stressful time- we?ve all been there, but your reaction is a little extreme. People are offering advice for the next steps; it is up to you to read guides and become knowledgeable; panicking will only make the situation worse. If this isn?t something you can control, maybe professional help should be considered... This process can be trying at times, but it isn?t short, so if you?re having this much difficulty now; think about what it could be like for you in 6 months.     Aggravating the situation is not helping. Calm soothing music and soft words are needed now.     I don't think any comments have been rude or uncalled for, quite the opposite; people are only trying to offer advice- it is up to the op to either choose to accept it or not. She seems very anxious in her posts (something that seems to be out of her control), and telling someone to just relax and listen to calm soothing music in this case probably wont solve anything. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Validation Date of NOA2	Hello, I am First timer k1 visa, my fiancé gave me the NOA2 when he got here in philippines last Nov. 10 then now i just check that our NOA 2 has validation date only until dec. 26, i am start to panic now coz i just find it out today... I went to the bank to pay my interview or visa fee they looking for the receipt number, i did not know where im going to get it? Anyone here could tell me where im going to get it? Is it the validation date could affect my interview next month (january)? What should i do?   i got the same case too... my interview date is way pass the validity but they will automaticaly extend it. Good luck getting an early interview date. I dont think it is possible as state law will not recognize you as partner; thus owning a propety together would not be possible; you both would still be consider single in that state and state taxes will be filed separately. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Do I need a waiver for a previous denial of entry	Dear fellow VJers,    I was just wondering if I needed a waiver to include in the I-129f package for a previous denial of travel under the ESTA Visa Waiver programme.    The only reason for the denial of entry was that they deemed the ESTA inappropriate and believed I should instead apply for a K1 visa. Please Help	Hey there.  I'm just starting the process of filing a K-1 for my Serbian fiancé and I'm really nervous because the instructions on the K-1 form are so vague as to what I should file as evidence of our relationship.  We've done the statements of intent to marry and the statement that says the dates we met and were together, but I did not keep my past airline tickets because I didn't know at the time that I was going to need them.  All I have is one passport stamp that says I entered the country where we met...  This doesn't feel adequate to me.  What else do you suggest I submit???  Would it help to give statements from my friends who have seen us together?    Help please!  Thank you so much!	bunnithunder	Not Telling	Serbia	2014-01-11 14:03:00

Hey there.  Trying to file for my K-1 next month but I have no idea how to go about printing my Facebook messenger and WhatsApp conversations between my fiancé and I.  People who have already filed: Did you just copy and paste? Take a screen shot?  Also, we have sent over 5,000 messages to each other. Do they want them all???    The other problem is almost all of our conversations are in Serbian... Does anyone know how I go about translating these?  Does it have to be professionally done?  Where do I find a professional translator? Look through the instructions for the required forms as well as the guides on this site.  Then determine for yourself if you are comfortable filling out those required forms.  If you are comfortable with filling out the forms and there are no issues in either of your backgrounds that could cause complications down the line, then most people here would recommend doing it yourself.  On the flip side, if you are not comfortable filing out forms or there are issues that could complicate a case, then legal or professional assistance may be for you.   The decision is ultimately yours. Since he will be coming at the same time, both interviews will take place at the same time. There is no way to know which service center your petition (you are submitting a petition, not an application) is being sent to until you are informed of which one it was sent to. Quick question	Your letters will not be invalidated because you put the Nebraska Service Center address on them.   FYI for others, the only service centers that adjudicate I-129F petitions are California and Vermont.  I've seen recent reports that the service center in Texas has been adjudicating I-129F petitions recently to relieve workload; however, initial assignment of an I-129F to TSC is not routine.
