IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NVC delay in mail	the email takes longer nowadays it usally takes 2 weeks until you get a response. As far as documents being sent to you may have to wait upto 3-4 weeks. I got mine very late. I had to call NVC to make sure my address and my husband's address was right but his was wrong and I had to correct it twice. That is good that they have received the AOS because once it is in their system it is done with processing. Just give it a couple of days it will go thru. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	can I send DS 3032 form from US To NVC on behalf of wife	Yes you can scan the DS-3032 and email it to her and she can send it to NVC. I spoke to a rep about this same topic and they told me that I can do that. They also told me that my husband cannot scan his signature because it has to be an original not a copy. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	After NOA2 in the Philippines	You should check Loto's pilot guide posted on this forum. Your case will be sent to NVC and then they will generate the DS-3032 and I-864(AOS) fee. You can email them if you are the beneficiary or wait until you receive it from the NVC or print it out from the website and mail it to NVC. The petitioner can call NVC once it is generated and get the IIN or invoice number from them and pay online. The petitioner should also get the forms for the I-864(AOS) ready. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	only have 2 tax return,CR-1	You can still file for the CR1. On the I-864(AOS) form it only asks for the current year tax such as a tax transcript or the tax form he filed but he does need to have the amount he made for the two prior years. The reps keep telling me that I did not make it to have an interview in August which I know I definately did not make the deadline but they keep saying that wait until the end of this week to get a response.
