Since we did not have accounts together or anything together here because he never was here, I just submitted that as a secondary evidence. I talked to a USCIS rep before I mailed the packet off to confirm because on the instructions it states that I needed two affidavits but I only have one and the rep said it was ok and I never got an RFE from USCIS. The instructions on the DS230 doesn't state that one has to get an affidavit only documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, police record, and copy of passport bio page which I also had to confirm with NVC rep and she said that was all that they needed. The police said they need something to show that this PCC is being requested so I might have to fax the NOA2, if she can find me a god d2amn fax number. You can get a DS-230 instruction paper from www.state.gov which asks for the documents. The instructions are also in any language you just have to select from the drop down list.
