Before i go to sleep this morning, i called the NVC - and i heard (AVR) that we still have missing documents on financial....
After 10 hours, i called again to try if the status in AVR are still the same....

What i heard is: YOUR CASE WAS COMPLETED ON APRIL 30, 2009!

We're praying that our case will be complete before the month of April and GOD answered our prayers.

My co sponsor is a seaman - he used to work in a different boats.. He has so many W2 forms with him.. HE started to work last October 2008 then he went home this February 2009.. So at this time - he is still waiting for a call from their agency and he has no work at this time.. I'm totally confused...

I am asking a questions concerning my father's tax info on our AOS package. He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcripts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package? I appreciate all your help and God bless!

Don't speak to an operator. Use the automated system. I order 2006, 2007 and 2 for 2008 that way 2 weeks ago and got them within a week.
After you select English Press: 2, 2, [enter your SSN], 1, 1, 3.... You have to wait until each part is finished at some points. Listen to the prompts. It doesn't mention Tax Transcripts in the first set of questions, I think it says Account information or something...

My husband told me that when he called the TAX TRANSCRIPT ( Call the IRS to get it FREE! 1 (800) 829-1040 ) He asked about a copy of Tax Transcript. The lady is snotty and she told my husband that he cannot get the 2008 until June.. IS THIS TRUE? Sorry im not in America so i really dont know this stuffs.

What is exactly W2 and 1040 and 1099 and what tax documents should we need to submit? My husband has only Tax Transcript from 2006 to 2007.

Can we submit only W2 and 1040 together with pay stabs for the past 6 months and employment letter??

I already send the DS3032 form yesterday using the Fedex - what i did i printed out the form in my email, i fill it up and send it. So we just have to ignore the snail mail that my husband received today?

I emailed my DS3032 last week - still no answer from them. I will be more happy if they received my DS3032 thru snail mail.

I send them yesterday through Fedex.

Surprisingly, my IV bill is showing up as PAID. I only paid it yesterday, that too around 5:30pm.. It does show up on my bank account online as Pending charge.. I am not complaining at all, I've already saved the document cover sheet and will prepare both packages tonight to send off biggrin.gif Yeyyy!!!

We will submit our AOS documents this week - im still waiting for my husband and the co sponsor to complete their documents.. Cross finger, i hope there will be no more RFE for this... This is the most crucial step that i know lol
