K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Depressed..	Visajourney friends, Congratulations to all of you who have gotten approvals this week eiher through mail or email. This will be my last post for now, but don't worry I'll be still checking everyday and see and read all the good news. I'll post here again once I get my NOA2. I've gotten so many touches last week and this week (everyday) and yet no NOA2. I've called a few times before, but I don't want to do it anymore..just tired of hearing the same sad news over and over. I wish you all the best guys. Lately I see that some of you are getting approvals and it looks like CSC is moving, but slowly. I'll talk to you guys soon to bring the good news, and I hope someday I will. God bless and if I may claim to be the one who got touched several days in a row.. hehehe.. thanks for your support. With so many touches you must be wondering what the heck is going on??? (I am almost positve you've been approved, by the way) But yeah certainly take some time out for yourself to get away from it all. This waiting is horrible, there isn't a minute in a day I'm not thinking about what's going on with my I-129F. It's agony in the pending file, isn't it? Take care... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ANOTHER MAY FILER APPROVED!	This is one of the BEST days ever... I was checking our case status online and... I just couldn't believe it... WE GOT APPROVED YESTERDAY! I check our status every single but yesterday I had the day off and I don't have the link saved on my home computer so I didn't but there it was today! I called my fiance right away and he said he just got the email notification this morning saying we were approved on August 15, 2007!!! He wanted to surprise me... I wanted to surprise him... and we were probably reading the notice at the same time LOL We're just waiting to get our NOA2 on the mail. Just wanted to share the good news with everyone but especially with the rest of april/may filers... it's finally OUR time guys!!! We are finnally getting our approvals! So keep checking your cases every day WAHOOOOOO! I am so happy for you! I just sent you a message but I will say it on here too! CONGRATULATIONS to you guys! All those weeks of agonizing between us, eh? Wondering were we April or May filers as we were in some weird takes a month to get transferred from Nebraska to CSC realm of insanity...anyway, YAY you guys! I am so happy for you! I was shaking so much I nearly dropped the phone! I can't believe it. My status online says pending so I made her repeat it to me twice that YES, we were actually approved. I am SO happy this is the best day ever! And I can't get a hold of my fiance where the heck is he???? Thank you all so much for your good thoughts and prayers I would NOT have made it through the first part of this visa journey without you guys! NOW - who is up next? A very efficient person told me that it was not received and I should be going by the NOTICE DATE which for us is August 24 NOT the Receipt date and that I would need to wait up to 90 days for the petition to arrive there HUH???? I have heard the 90 day 'cushion' line from USCIS so I am skeptical of course but still, HUH???? I'm so confused! Also, can you use the automated NVC phone system to accurately check the status of your case, or is it better to speak with someone in person? I have been checking the system by following the automated prompts, but would like reassurance that the voice system has the most up-to-date information about my case. When calling NVC TALK TO A PERSON! Your petition isn't there long enough to register on the automated service so make sure you talk to someone, a real someone and don't feel badly about calling often! It is my understanding that you don't need to provide bank statements if your income level meets the poverty line criteria; however, you may wish to perform a forum search and/or ask your questions in the Foreign Embassy and Consulate General Discussion Forum. Thanks for your help Erin! I ordered the tax transcripts too, but I just got the last three years...I hope that's enough! I do have my W2's for the last five years though. My poor fiance has been stressing about what he needs to do so I emailed the embassy in Bucharest. I was amazed - I heard back from them in one day and they sent me the actual checklist. My fiance feels much better now I sure hope we all get to the NVC soon!!! My fiance just received packet 3 today so NOW his work truly begins. He seems dazed by the medicals. I just started a new job this week so I am still 'fuzzy' on my financials for the I-134 so I must do some research to see what I need.
