Becuz I am annoyed and angry about USCIS not approving my friends yet, then doing weird stuff like transferring them off I decided that maybe I needed to just pause and send out just poitive vibes and just believe that things will get FANTASTIC this coming week and we will get TONZ of approvals... so then I got to thinking about other things...Another weekend...*sigh* As I am sitting here missing my fiance like crazy I thought to myself, "gosh I bet a bunch of us haven't seen our fiance's in months!" They just ask for a lot of documents, I-134, immunization records, former marriage (if applicable) and divorce decree, etc. The police certificate is the one document that we've had most trouble with as for some reason it wasn't clear what district my fiance was supposed to get it and he was made to go from piller to post trying to find the right location. We've finally got that ordered and immunization records should be arriving soon. Then he can send in the check list and book his appointment with the doctor... my head hurts just thinking of all of it... Good Luck To ALL! Evidently, they didn't want to waste time or resources working on any new cases if Congress was going to change the processing and rules in midstream" ....I was also thinking....why do they ask for RFE!!! Whatelse they want to see besides all the proof you send with your app...aren't you free to marry whoever you want...??? That's really AWFUL! Today my fiance called USCIS using the RFE trick and this really nice lady told him that our case had been assigned to an officer and that we would be hearing something from them shortly! We were very happy and of course we were touched because of the phone call. And just now my fiance got an email from them telling us we were approved!!!!!! We're really happy, we were approved in 138 days since filling. So I really felt like posting this good news for you guys and tell you that CSC is really working on our may fillers cases and I think we'll see a lot of others being approved in the next fews days.
