Philippines	could i be pregnant?!	it is better to go to your OB-GYN so that the opinion comes more from a professional point of view. But to share my story, my LMP was June 12. But there was sexual contact about a week before that. Three weeks after June 12th, I took a pregnancy test and it was NEGATIVE. But a week later, I found out I was over a month pregnant. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 on a CR-1 Visa	Greetings ; First I hope everyone had and is having a good Holiday Season. Unfortunately i am sure that our wonderful DOS has made life for some of our members very un-pleasant. At any rate, I realize that I have some time before we need to file the I-751 “Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence”. But, it never hurts to start doing research and gather information. With that said, I’ve read a lot of post on this great forum and found most of the information for the I-751 relating to entry on a K-1 Visa and not a CR-1 visa. I understand the basic premise of the form, when to file and I understand what proof needs to go along with the Petition, however; I am a bit confused on supporting forms. • Do I need to file the I-864 (again) ? • Since I have a step-daughter I realize that I can submit all forms in one envelope, but separated. Correct ? • G-325A – again ? • Her Birth certificate and translations – again ? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy New Year to everyone. Greetings: I have some time before we need to go through the Removal of Conditions process, but I am starting now to get information and do some research on the matter. First My wife entered on a CR-1 Visa at which time I already submitted my I-864 affidavit of support. Because of her coming in on a CR-1 nothing else to do until that magic 90 days before her two year anniversay. I've been doing some research about supporting documents for our marriage. Of course the I-751 form and can't forget the money the USCIS wants. But what other forms are needed? From what I read on the I-751, I can't see a reference for the I-864 again.. According to the instructions: Bullet Number 5 page 2 of the instructions it says: 5. "Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at lest two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship....." it goes on. Thanks for looking in to this, it really helped. I finally got the status!!! Update: Initial Review I owe you one OK let me try again. You are misunderstanding me. You are tracking on the correct website that's not what I am saying. You received two notices: 1) NOA2 and 2) a BIOMETRICS notice. These notices each have a NUMBER on them. The numbers are NOT, repeat, are NOT the same. You MUST use the number on the BIOMETRICS notice to track your case on the USCIS website, NOT the number on NOA2, or you will get the NOT FOUND message you describe. Hope this helps. I have been checking since I did my biometrics but it says: Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283. I called and they advised to check again after 6-7 months. If I don't receive anything by then then I should start worrying and should schedule an info pass. Anyone else having the same issue? Thank you! I'll be an october filler as well since my green card expires on january 5th. What do you guys are sending as of proof of relationship? I also need someone to provide an sample of the Affidavits letters. Can my sister and wife's aunt be the persons of the affidavits? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Biometrics done	Just to update our situation. Wife had her biometrics appointment last friday July 24th at the Seattle Homeland Security Office. Everything was smooth and quick. It's a new facility and I was impressed about organized and effective this office is. My last experience in Miami, when I went to take my Citizenship test was very chaotic and I waited 4 hours for my turn. Now, we'll wait for the interview. Let's hope they don't call us and get us approved. We sent our I-751 on May 8, was received at the CSC on May 11th. The Bio appointment was received on June 22nd. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Green Card Received	I just wanted to share with all of you the good news of having our Removal of Condition approved this week. We received via e-mail the Notice of approval on Augusto 20th. And the green card arrived on the 26th. Biometrics were done back on July 24th. We were expecting the all process to take longer than the 3 months it took since we sent the petition back in mid May. So, we have come to the end of this Journey, for me it all started back in September 2006. It's been a long way. US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 July Filers	So I went to my appointment and talked to the officer at the counter. He was a nice guy, didn't give me hard time. He asked whether the IO game a reason for not having made a decision, to which I said no. After typing something in his computer and staring at the monitor for a while he said.. 'oh i see...your security check is not complete'. After asking further, pretty much the officer said that I'll just have to wait. I don't think I feel any better....I'd have thought security checks are completed in advance. He said that for N-400 they dig further. security check? #######? this is insane Boilermaker? Shouldn't all of these checks be made BEFORE you get to the interview stage? AND if this is standard procedure then why are some people allowed same day oath ceremonies?? where are their security checks? none of this makes sense!!!	sharky	Male	United Kingdom	2011-11-15 11:26:00
